Where do I even start. The two male workers—one bald in a baseball cap and another with dreads— were deep in a loud conversation about how “ugly” a girl was and how she “walked funny.” They acted insulted when I interrupted this conversation to ask to use a fitting room. Gave attitude throughout the whole interaction and didn’t bother to ask if I was a rewards member during checkout. Just seemed like they wanted us out of there as quick as possible, despite us being nothing but nice to them our whole visit. Don't work in customer service if you… I don’t know, can’t be of service to customers? This is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write a review for literally anywhere so I think that should say a lot.

It's okay. My 13 yr old daughter loves it, but me as a parent I don't. Prices are definitely overwhelming and not worth it. Quality should come with quantity.

Store has a variety of product, a lot of trendy clothes. The only remarks I have is the fact that the sales associates are not helpful and does not interact much with customer. And finally the price tag on items can be very high. The store is clean and well organized ..

There is quite literally TRASH all over the store. Actual trash. Clothes all over the floor. Nothing is organized at all. How’re you gonna charge me $55 for a pair of sweatpants I had to dig out of a dirty pile on the floor. Dressing rooms are filthy. Who is the manager of this store?!

This store is clearly not being managed well!! All associates are on their phones constantly no customer interaction whatsoever!!! The clothes are not being folded they are everywhere throughout the store. Customer service skills are needed and obviously manager skills

Workers are quiet and don't know what they're doing. They give false information about the store. Brandy Melville section is often dirty and PacSun's actual clothes are poorly made and thin.

you walk in, no staff greeting you or anything, they sat behind the register & sat on their phones. they gave nothing but attitude if asked for help (you know, having to actually do their job for gods sake). they clearly didn’t want to acknowledge anyone until ready for checkout. even better yet, the girls who worked there weren’t even wearing their masks.
