Exceptional Service and Professional Staff
I recently visited the Oakley Store at Christiana Mall again with my daughter , and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who genuinely cared about my needs.
Manager Dylan and Matt exemplified professionalism and went above and beyond to assist us. Their knowledge of Oakley products and attention to detail were impressive. They made sure we found the perfect pair of sunglasses.
Staff member Matt was remarkable. He patiently answered my questions and helped me explore different styles. His enthusiasm for the brand was contagious, and I left feeling confident in my purchase.
The entire team at Oakley demonstrated exceptional customer service. They made us feel valued and appreciated as a customer. The store itself was well-organized, and the selection of eyewear was impressive.

Matt at Christiana Oakley was absolutely awesome!!! He was very helpful and patient, even when the store was getting ready to close . I never experienced customer service like this ever. Ty Matt for professional knowledge and patience .

I’ve been to this store once before, and the experience was good. This time around, my expectations were exceeded, thanks to Drew. I called before driving to the store to see if it was possible to build glasses in-store. He assured me it was possible and checked to see if the colors I wanted were in stock. When I came into the store, I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help. He remembered me calling and went to grab the parts we discussed, but I still had a few questions about the difference between prizm and non-prizm, prizm versus prizm polarized, as well as looking at different colored lenses. Even with me being indecisive about what I wanted, he was extremely patient the whole time. I did want to get an extra lens, but I wasn’t sure how easy it was to remove and install the lens back onto the frame. He demonstrated how to do so and allowed me to try myself so that I was comfortable. All in all, I will be returning to this place again, and hopefully Drew will be there!

My wife and went into the Oakley store @ Christiana Mall. We were pleasantly addressed upon entering and immediately approached by a seemingly nice sales associate. He quickly found out what type of glasses we were looking for and gave us several options with technical info for them. He gave us time to look on our own, and was extremely helpful with the choices when it came to fit and specs. We had some laughs and felt the entire sales experience was awesome. I'm happy with my purchase.

Sales person name said Dock on receipt so hope that’s right. He was great, received a warm greeting & everyone else was very friendly too. Asked him for size that wasn’t on the floor, he gladly looked in the back and found it. Great experience overall, hope managers read this.
