Not good service and not a good experience. The dealership has lost its way to helping and servicing customers. Called to confirm my vehicle was done and was on hold for over 7 minutes. Then when I arrived, I waited in the service dept to be checked out and was not asked or approached for several minutes while service advisors stood behind their stations.Not good service for the price.

Went there for over 2 years for routine maintenance on my Prius, can't say I ever remember an issue. Then I drop it off after leaving my appointment with the phone associate, again leave the description of the issue, as well a follow up call the very next morning. All clearly explained the issue with turning so of course it's something in the front since my car is front wheel drive. The tech calls me later in the day with it's the rear NOT the front. Maybe my uncle who's been a mechanic for years was wrong and it was actually the rear although I know I hear it in the front myself. I approve the fix only to get a call later the following day, that it is the front. As I'm now upset and I question why didn't the front get looked at more in detail, the reply was bs. The express my anger because this isn't a simple $100 job, the new total would exceed $1,400.00 so I say I'll come get my car. The "manager" calls back after my review and I think maybe they'll set me right, nope not at all. Just more of the same already spewed. Dealerships are known for being quite pricey, avoid this one if you want that price to be doubled.

My appointment was Friday for my Toyotacare. Frank was my service advisor. I made my appointment online. Service drive was backed up when I arrived. My back tires were perched on the alignment sensor - not sure if it was a good read or not. Appeared to be people in front of me, but valet then Frank walked over to me. Told Frank I could walk back to work - asked about shuttle - Frank kept nodding (??). Looks like they have Uber Service - not offered. I assume they got my VIN from the door or the dash - unsure. Service done in one hour five minute. Came to pick up. Got a receipt - no multi-point, no explanations- just a receipt. Car seems okay upon driving after - only minor things out of place. I'll try again, I'm hopeful. Just too many questions and not enough answers this time.

Service agents seem to ignore customers and have an attitude of "I don't want to be bothered by you". Price charged was higher than price quoted. I will go back to my former Toyota dealership (though further away), --- it was always a good experience with other dealership as compared to NTW.

DONT USE THEIR CARWASH. Service staff were friendly and attentive. Their automatic car wash was the worst I’ve used. It threw my rear view mirrors all the way forward, ripped off my antenna and shook the car during the whole process. Again the service staff seem nice and attentive. But don’t use their carwash if you have “trim or molding, antennas, front license plates, magnetic decals or wind deflectors.” Because per their policy you are responsible if their car wash messes them up.

I have been going to Newark Toyota since I bought my first Toyota Scion in 2008. Since then I've bought 2 other Toyotas and have continued to exclusively use Toyota for their services. Their customer service has gradually just gone downhill and last night when I picked up my truck was probably my last straw. My truck was there 2 days and my service manager was going to be off starting day 2 for the following 2 days, OK, no problem. After that, it's like I didn't exist. No one called me to let me know my truck was done. I had to call and no one called back. When I called the general customer service number she was useless, couldn't get ahold of anyone either and couldn't walk downstairs to get anyone. No one knew if they fixed the issue, because the mechanic left too . I am the one who had to point out that my Toyota exclusive battery was only 3 years old and still under warranty.They went from being the only people I'd bring my vehicle to, to hiring a bunch of dudes who only know how to say 'I don't know', 'I'm not sure', 'Call back in 2 days if you still have problems'. To boot, I never got my 20 point inspection paperwork either. I did get a receipt for the $2K I dropped though.

Car was in need of very deep cleaning and lot of maintenance. Plus, it was a time for me to get a hitch and start riding my trike. Lot of work was done perfectly and all in one day. Uber service was provided from Toyots home. David, the technician, was very professional, polite and knowlegible. Great place to take care of your car. Highly recommended.

I took my Toyota here for an oil change. They put the filter on too tight. I have moved and the current mechanic was unable to remove the air filter. I called Toyota Service, left message. No one will return my phone calls.I have taken my car here for years.Very disappointing.

Excellence in every aspect. Service providers are courteous welcoming and supportive. From the initial drop off pulling into the bay you're greeted with a warm welcome. They call and update you of any findings and make suggestions to you on how to proceed with the repairs or maintenance. Outstanding customer service provided by Jamar Campbell and the entire support staff. This is a great trustworthy dealership!!

Walk in first to parts parts manager talking to an outside tire salesman refused to break his conversation to assist. Receptionist sent me to service needed a key made and programmed, service advisor was not busy reading his phone. Told me to go get the vin number and mileage!! When a vehicle is coming in the shop it is the service advisors job to check in the vehicle not the customers. Upper management had best get on their customer service skills because they are non existent on this day 3/2/2023One star for building appearance.

The service department for this dealership continues to push maintenance which can be done either by the car owner or other car repair shops for a much higher price. During my visit which was only for a tire rotation, they told me that the cabin air filter needed replaced. I was quoted $56. I went to their parts department and purchased a new filter for $28 which I replaced myself in two minutes. Obe of their service advisors implied that I was not maintaining my 2019 Camry properly. It only has 24,000 miles. All it needs with this low my is oil and filter changes along with tire rotations. Rarely have had a positive service experience at this dealership.
