Alex and his team were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They were always there to help with any questions and helped with all the information needed to make the financial decisions during the process until the closing go very smoothly. very bad company, do not inform people, they just want your information. that is my opinion, my brother have a very good credit and good job a lot of asset and they only offer him 70000 for a house which is ridiculous.

Marcus was the best loan officer one could ask for. From the beginning he was straight forward with my husband and I. In fact, Marcus was focus on what we really wanted. I didnt get too many no's and alot of yes. Lol The process is clear and he is there the entire way up until the day you close. What a great person to have doing your loan.
