The two young men running the front office were professional and honest. My families SLK350 needed some minor trim restoration and they helped get us through the process. When I picked the car up the day it was ready, they had it clean, and looking awesome! Hope the owner knows what excellent employees he’s got with these two !

Very poor customer service, my car was parked and had a little scratch it took them over a month to fix it, and also be careful of paper work they ask you to sign at front desk, they will use that against you. They will rip you off beware.Service: Body & Trim

My parked car was hit by a school bus. They did an awesome job on my Benz. She looks like new. Clearly they take a huge amount of pride in their work and it shows.I hope i don’t need to see them again but if i was ever in need again, I would definitely use Richmond’s again and refer them!!

Literally the best Certified Mercedes dealership ever! Customer Service is top notch! Rich and Doug will advocate for you to get official MB parts only. This is the only place I will take my Benz for repair. Stop thing twice -go to them if you have a Benz.Service: Body & Trim

Too rude on the phone an rejected too do minor work on my Benz because it's a 2004 C320. Mercedes Benz of Wilmington, De refered me to this shop. After the rudeness an rejection, I called Mercedes Benz. Told them what transpired, they were in disbelief an called the shop to find out why I was rejected.I have 3 Mercedes Benz's 2004 C320, 2013 C300 an a 2021 C300.

I am giving Rich and his team 5 stars despite not having any actual work done to my car..why you may ask? Simple..because Rich is a PROFESSIONAL and has INTEGRITY.How do I know?Here's my story.I had a run-in with a mail truck that resulted in a scrape that my 2016 MB C-300 had sustained-not my finest moment.I had reached out to my dealership to see if they could remediate the issue only to find out they don't do auto body work. I then asked if they could recommend a couple of places.Rich's shop was the 3rd place I called (with the other 2 basically telling me they don't do quotes over the phone and that their wait time to have work done was 8+weeks).Rich was the person who took my call and he was up front and direct; I'd have to wait to get my car worked on but it would be worth the wait. I wasn't in DE when my scrape occurred so I asked if he would be willing to give me a quote based on pictures I took. I think he was a bit reluctant but once I told him that I already had a quote based on the pics from another shop he said send it over and he would see if could give me something.Here's the point of all this backstory:Rich's shop wouldn't be able to do the work that I needed to have done within the time frame I needed (10 days) but the fact that he gave me a quote on the repairs that would be done based on my photos AND most importantly gave me feedback on the other shops I had been given as recommendations from my dealership.He knew I was in a jam and recommended out of the 3 the one he thought did good work.Even though I didn't ultimately go with his shop I would recommend this place because of Rich's professionalism with helping me even if it wasn't getting my business. That speaks to his integrity and customer service.

Rich who answers the phone is very rude ~ He rushes you off the phone and had poor customer service etiquette not to mention they are extremely expensive.
