The two young men running the front office were professional and honest. My families SLK350 needed some minor trim restoration and they helped get us through the process. Very poor customer service, my car was parked and had a little scratch it took them over a month to fix it, and also be careful of paper work they ask you to sign at front desk, they will use that against you. They will rip you off beware.Service: Body & Trim

My parked car was hit by a school bus. They did an awesome job on my Benz. She looks like new. Clearly they take a huge amount of pride in their work and it shows.I hope i don’t need to see them again but if i was ever in need again, I would definitely use Richmond’s again and refer them!!
