Amazing customer service here!! I was gifted a tumbler from here that had a crack in it, and they let me exchange it for a new one without any issue even though it was past the 7-day deadline. Shoutout to Amanda and her team for being so wonderful ?

We went when there card reader was down and the girl did not get upset or mad easily she was very calm about the whole situation and was trying to keep the one woman yelling calm while she handled the situation. But let’s just say the other cashiers were not as good and the music was horrible while you would look up and see all the cashiers dancing to the music.

I agree with all the other reviews that talked about bad customer service, gossipy cashiers, and how annoying they are to jam out to bad music. The music they play here is, for the most part, terrible. Like the worst top pop songs from each decade. It's irritating when the cashiers clap along to it or sing to it. Also, I took have noticed prices differing from what is posted on the sign near the merchandise. Some of the stuff is very overpriced. They also have a weird bag policy. They no longer give out bags but did not have it posted. They try to charge you 50 cents for a bag. When I told them no thanks, the one cashier, who was older than the other two and was just standing around while the one girl did all the cash register ringing, made snippy judgmental comments about my declining purchase of a bag (my choice, my prerogative!). I insisted on just carrying the stuff myself. Afterwards, when I was putting some of the smaller merchandise items into my relatively roomy (diaper bag sized) purse and gathering up the rest, she actually snapped at me, "This is torture. Here, just take the bag. It was ONLY fifty cents, geez" while putting everything into a paper bag. I was so annoyed by her attitude, I gossiped all about it in a group chat to my friends right outside their store...then gossiped about them to 2 employees in the store next door. Someone said other people complained to her about bad service here. Between that and these reviews, I now know I'm not alone.

Went in with the kids, the music was absolutely inappropriate for this type of store, vert loud and all profanity! The staff was jamming and singing along.

I would NOT recommend coming here if you like good customer service. the items they sell here are cute but majority of them do not have any price tag. employees are cold and rude and WILL overcharge you if you’re not attentive at checkout. i like coming here but the employees are miserable people.

The cashier swiped my card three times for one purchase, told me the first two times it didn’t process. Looked at my account today and they charged me three times, so I had to file a dispute. What a scam this store is

first time in. A lot of things did not have price tags on them, cute stuff. Employees were ever place I went, felt like I was being followed cause I had a small back pack on.

There scented candles were priced at a real steal. Also, the cashier Shakira was very prompt, and friendly. She deserves a raise.

This store is awesome you never know what cute thing you will find. Like I got a cinnamonroll keychain from the Hello kitty collection. Love the music they play in there it's awesome. It's definitely worth a walk through. It's definitely doesn't disappoint.

This store had cute plushies for sale but aint nothing cute about the customer service here. The employees behind the checkout were more interested in gossiping than helping out customers. Very low effort customer service here, and i can't help but feel like i was treated poorly because of my ethnicity. Disappointing experience.
