“This vans store is great! Very clean and very well stocked. There wasnt a size in any shoe we asked for that they didnt have. Every member of staff was friendly and kind to everyone who walked in but king was the man! His customer service is phenominal. King helped us find the perfect shoe for everyone in my group who were looking. He was patient and he gave amazing advice and connected with us! We will be asking for him to help us each time we go!!!”

“I went to the men's fragrance counter to pick a birthday gift for a friend and when I say THE SERVICE I received from Sharon was impeccable I mean it was amazing! Unsure as to which fragrance I wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied with what I brought. Nowadays the shopping experiences are just so BLAH most of the sales representatives are so cold and semi-rude. She was a breath of fresh air and Macy's should be proud to have her represent their company. If you are in the fragrance department and would like a great shopping experience ask for Sharon you won't be disappointed!”
“I don't often shop this location because I live closer to the Glen Eagle location but after a TERRIBLE experience at glen eagle I decided to shop Christiana. The store has a much better selection but more importantly the staff greeted me immediately and engaged with me during my whole shopping experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Kudos to the leadership team for hiring and development such a diverse and passionate team. I will definitely go out of my way to shop this location. Thank you!”

“We had a special situation prom and wedding cruise and Formal Affairs deserves 10 stars. They went above and beyond to help us out. With absolutely no hesitation. We initially went to Mens wearhouse because they are local. Mens wearhouse wanted 500.00 for one suit for one night. $500 you guys! That is CRAZY. And then my husband decided to rent a tux and then decided heck we'll out right purchase one. Formal Affairs was Way WAY better in everything. Formal Affairs, you deserve every award and then some.”

“I had the best experience today at Tilly’s. It was my first time there and I have spent the past two weeks attempting to shop for jeans at numerous places with no success or help from any of the employees but at Tilly’s, this employee Ashley went above and beyond to help me ! She was adamant about helping me find a pair of jeans that not only fit but made me feel good in! She continuously helped me and brought me numerous pairs of different styles and sizes to help me! I walked out with 2 pairs of nice jeans”
“I like to "peruse" if one can actually do that to a store like you would a book. It is more than just browsing it is looking for clothes, but doing so while trying to think of the styles the Gap had when i was much much younger. I remember thinking of how tough it must be for traditional retailers to compete with Amazon and other online marketplaces. It was nice to see it clean and well organized.”

“Longtime Lands End customer -- Thanks to Melissa for handling my convoluted return (No receipt but I had the original box which helped somewhat to research the purchase since the high quality shoe soles separated off the shoe! - I was hoping they could repair the soles in some central US location but that was a service offered last century - I am a dinosaur - the 2024 service method is to discard and replace with another one(which doesnt exist this year) / store credit).”
“Quirky and eclectic. It’s so much so they even sell film here. Yes, photography geeks, they have film! What’s even stranger is the film prices were good. A friend ordered a 3 pack of Fuji Superia 400 35mm film for a really good price online. I found Lomography Metropolis and CineStill 800t in stock at this location and once again a really good price. I don’t use Fuji Instax film or disposable cameras but they have them too.”
“Today visited Aeropostale at Christiana Mall, DE. As always store is crowded due to wide variety of clothing for teens and adults. Due to labor day I see lot of discounts on various items. If you never visited this store I think it's better to stop by once to see if they match your expectations. I definitely recommend this store.”
“We went to Macy's to purchase three mattresses. When we got there we searched for the mattress department and learned that they were in the mall store; their home goods department just before we were going to leave. When we finally got to the mattress store we were met by two nice employees and one of them showed us up to the mattress section. The selection was pretty good and the sales lady was wonderful. She took the time to find out our needs and pointed out what might be good for us. We purchased one king size and two queens with box springs and frames. She also set up delivery to Florida for the lot. We are outfitting a condo that was ruined in the hurricane two years ago!
So I can honestly say that I had a great experience and am glad we went there.
