The online service is very poor. I tried to make an appointment via online and I got nowhere. No one answers the phone. What poor service. I pay my car off and bang you're no longer available. Are you setting me up?

I've been having issues with my 2016 Kia Soul, that I bought certified preowned, from Martin Honda on Cleveland Avenue. Since January 2020. The check engine light would turn on the car would jerk and would not accelerate over 20 miles. Then the car would not start at all. This is around the time when Covid first started and repair shop were closed and the car could not be driven for months. Which resulted in me having to leave my job. I've had several appointments since that time and some were canceled because they stated the issue was because of a recall and it was sending a false reading and they didn't have the part and the system was down.Then it was stated that was not the case. I've received a new transmission and a accretion pedal. I've also left my car in the shop and for almost two weeks and nothing. My car should off and wouldn't accelerate in the middle of a business intersection and the response I got was I'm sorry just to park it until my appointment. My car is barely 2 years old and is under 60000 miles. I'm am scared to drive it and I'm making payment on something I can not use full and I'm receiving the run around and this has been since January of last year. I need a resolution I'm concerned and out of funds.

Service department customer service is horrible! Do not take your car here it's a woman that answers the phone can't remember her name exactly but she out right lied from jump saying they wouldn't be able to see my car until way September-October I go online and was able to book an appointment with them in august. My engine recently blew and Kia is basically under recall right now so I would need to take my car to the nearest dealership I opted to wait until end of September just to take my car to the dealership in Wilmington. So I can have better customer service and my car be looked at properly. The treatment over the phone and tone of this woman over the phone I could just tell I should save myself the head ache in already a stressful situation. Even when I called today to cancel my appointment with them because of their trash customer service the same woman I'm sure answered and she sounded as if she could careless of how they made a potential customer feel. So I'm still waiting for my car to be seen so I can be back on the road which is unfortunate but I refuse. To be treated unfairly or like I'm a bother when that's their job to service cars so I'll just wait until my appointment In Wilmington Again save yourself the breathe and headache and just take your car to Kia Wilmington! There service guys actual are excited about their job and willing to hear the situation pre even coming into the location instead of rushing someone off the phone because they don't want to deal with it. Do better Martin Kia !!!sad because numerous locations have said this isn't the first complaint they have heard from customers about the customer service at Martin Kia service . It's so sad i bought my first car from this location years ago but I'd never even return to buy a car now nevertheless have my car serviced here now , do better !
