My wife and I just purchased a new Odyssey yesterday. Our salesperson Alycia was absolutely incredible. She was very knowledgeable, down to earth and didn’t waste our time. Buying a new car when you have a toddler with you can be stressful but Alycia made the whole process feel like we were just talking to a friend. I highly recommend Martin Honda and Alycia.

Changing my review after dealing with Shari and years of having my car. After buying the car as soon as it was no longer her problem Shari wasn’t helpful and seemed really bothered by me asking questions about my car. With that said, I’ve had a lot of electronic issues with my Honda over the years and also the service center isn’t helpful. Took it to another service center in Wilmington when it needed a new battery and they told me it was passing all the test even though it died on me twice. They still refused to change the battery so I had AAA look at it and it failed their test so they put a new battery in. I’m pretty sure this is the last Honda I’ll buy.

I wanted to buy a Honda. I really did. For some reason, Martin Honda in Newark Delaware makes this very difficult. My family's experience goes as follows.
We were in the market for a new minivan. We performed our research and contacted local dealers. There are only four options in the new market - Chrysler, Toyota, Kia, and Honda. Conveniently, Martin has both Kia and Honda vehicles, albeit across the street from each other. We had a good experience with our sales woman Denise. (In fact, Denise's customer service justifies a one star review of this dealer instead of zero stars. But also Google doesn't allow zero stars). She helped us with the Kia and arranged for the Honda from the other side. The Honda was our top choice, and Denise assured us she could close the sale from the Honda business.
Unfortunately for all involved, we made our choice at about 7:45PM on a Friday. We walked in to the Honda, and the finance department requested we come back Saturday morning at 9AM. Rule 1 of sales is once you have a customer ready to buy, **You Don't Let Them Leave**. We went home and researched internet pricing on the exact model we wanted to buy.
Equipped with internet pricing information found across 5 other dealers within an hours drive from our house, we went in the next morning at 9AM as agreed. After about 10 or 15 minutes, Denise came in and went to get paperwork. Another employee saw us waiting and brought us over to the coffee station while waiting, maintaining their 1 star review justification.
When we present Denise with the pricing we found, looking glum, she informed us they were selling at MSRP. We reiterated many large dealerships nearby have the same incentives on identical cars, and we would prefer to not spend extra time seeing another vehicle, so let's make a deal. The sales manager came out, and said "I have 4 vans right now, I'll definitely sell this one this month, you have to see it from my perspective and need to be flexible." All this without even providing a price.
My wife, left with a poor taste of being sent away the night before, having to wait to 9:30 to really get started with the buy, and frankly having a very similar experience at this dealer many years before, replied in a shockingly expletive-free manner "thanks for the coffee" and walked out.
In summary, Martin's customer service is perfectly fine until you are ready to actually buy a Honda. Somehow they sell them to other people, who must have limited interest in the financial aspects of buying a vehicle. If you are interested in getting a fair to competitive price and are willing to drive, we had a much better experience at the dealer in Bel Air Maryland, who confirmed their OTD price over the phone before we left. We have also renamed our list of companies that we won't ever do business again to "The Martin Honda List" in their honor. I hope this review helps influence your decision to buy.

I was in the market for a new Honda Civic Sport. I agreed on pricing with another dealership, but they sold the in stock vehicle & advised they would make arrangements to get another one.
We were traveling in the area of Martin Honda & since they had the vehicle I was looking for in stock we stopped by.
Barbara Jaffey reached out after I submitted a price quote request. Ron Baylis confirmed the vehicle was available. Andrew Torn was our Sales Representative & provided a through review of the Honda Civic.
We were able to come to a price agreement. Betty Mahan presented me with an overview of the service department. Caitlin Osborne handled the finance portion of the purchase.
I was completely satisfied with the purchasing process experienced at Martin Honda. All of the Martin Honda employees were professional & courteous. Martin Honda's purchasing process was very efficient, fast & seamless. Be sure to give Martin Honda a look for any of your vehicle needs.

I never for an instance thought I would be that person that would fly in to buy a car. But after calling 3 other dealers in my own area I started calling around looking for my new car. When I reached Mark Tribuani, he listened to what I was asking for and he made the deal happen, Martin Honda accommodated all my stipulations and made my decision easy. I will be recommending Mark and the team at Martin to people here in Pittsburgh.

Excellent service. They are prompt and efficient. Our service provider, Sean, was helpful, and our inspector, Sebastian, was thorough. They also provided a video of the vehicle inspection, which I had never seen before, but it was really nice to receive.

Mark is the best! Very customer oriented and knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to make sure you feel good about your purchase long after you leave the dealership. When I lived in the area and would bring my car in for service, Mark would stop in and say hi and would go above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of each time.
