Absolutely one of the best salons in town! The entire team stay up to date on current hair trends and provides their expertise to each individual. I was struggling with my hair; settling for what I had. I am so grateful for Debbie and her staff and finally giving me a hairstyle that looks good, and I feel good about it! So, if you are struggling with your hair but afraid to "break up" with your current stylist.....give Mark IV a try. You won't regret it!

Stylist: Michelle was my stylist and as always, she did exactly what I wanted and my hair turned out so great! She knows how I like my hair to turn out and listens to me every time I come in and my hair turns out perfect! I have long, naturally dark hair and Michelle does her magic and now I have beautiful blonde highlighted hair. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this salon because besides myself I see a lot of satisfied clients!

Kelly Warren is an amazing stylist and awesome colorist. Love her personality and conversations we have when I’m in her chair. She is so friendly and knowledgeable in her craft, I always enjoy her suggestions for my color and style! Love having Kelly as my stylist and colorist.
Requested style: I went from long to short and then shoulder length. She has helped me choose what style look best for me!
Hair type: My hair is short to my shoulders. The highlights and coloring always looks so beautiful when Kelly is done. Love it!

I went there about 5 times. The 1st time the woman didn't use the right toner made my hair bright orange and yellow. She refused to fix it said she didn't have time. The next few times I had a new woman who was taking direction from the owner. The color was decent, but the 1st time my hair was left damp my shirt soaked and dye on it. It also took a very long time! After that each time she left my hair damp and frizzy I had to fix it at home. The salon said that woman quit said she wants a different career, so the last visit was someone else. I thought since she had been working there longer and was not taking direction from the owner it would go better. It was worse. She didn't do the color right and did the color a 2nd time. I didn't see it. She had me away from the mirror. I was there about 4 hours and left with damp wet frizzy hair to fix at home. I also had dye on my face by my eyes I had to clean up at home. There are also hard burn patches and patches of hair that fell out in clumps. Especially missing in the front where it can't be hidden. After this I won't be going back again to get my roots touched up. It should be about an hour to get roots done and they takes over 3 hours and this time they burnt my hair. I don't even get bleach it shouldn't be burnt. I feel like I should get my money back! My hair is fried and missing in sections. I can't even cover it up I don't know how I'm going to work or anywhere like this. I can't recommend them. The owner sounds like she knows what she's doing, but she's not taking clients. Sadly I need a new salon.
Stylist: She burned my hair. It's fried and fell out in patches. She left dye on my face by my eyes. She didn't fully dry my hair or style it even though I paid extra for that and tipped well in advance.

Hands down the best salon around! My entire family (yes, son & husband too :)) have been going for years! I fully entrust Krista to do anything with my hair and know that I'll absolutely love it. I can't say enough great things about Krista and the entire salon - each and everyone of them are amazing!

I haven’t had my hair done in a year. Krista took care of me and man did she deliver! She was talking to me the entire time, asking questions and explaining things, making sure that I got exactly what I wanted and needed. I walked out of there feeling so happy, I have an amazing cut and highlights. Krista is spectacular and I highly recommend her as your stylist if you’re able. Thank you Krista!!!
