I went there specifically to buy sheets. The selection is very limited for sheets, comforters, and bath. I don't like buying sheets online. Their selection was extremely limited, and they 3 colors to pick from. Very disappointed, Macy's has really gone downhill.

More brands like coach and Michael kors stopped allowing coupons except mostly during friends and family and this location stopped carrying Tumi luggage and it does not offer as many quality items as it use to offer. Shame. Staff still good however for variety herald square or KOP is much better! This is revised reviewThe staff is what makes this Macys. We are in a small market and we don’t have as many higher priced brands or options. Carol and other staff there are awesome

The black lady by the men’s shoes coughed on me intentionally without covering her mouth. What a terrible woman! Then she laughed like it was funny! Today is February 02, 2024. The lady needs to be admonished by the management

Customer service was absolutely top notch. I had issues with my gift cards and Roxanne was able to help me even though it seemed like it took forever she even rung my out after fixing my gift card issues

It's nice that my little girl get to see a small version of toys r us. But I wish they would bring back the actual full size store. I know she would love it just like my wife and I did growing up
