Disappointed! We stopped here on a trip through DE. We do not live close. I was looking for a dress for a special event. No salesperson to help. Dresses seemed scattered. No organization to the system. Sizes hard to fine. Clothing hung where it should not be hung. I chose a dress that I pulled from a sale rack. The checkout person insisted it was not on sale and was placed on the wrong rack. Although a store -created tag on the dress clearly said curr tkt price $79.00 she still charged me $168.00. I feel "ripped off". Macy's is no longer a "shopping experience".

Great store! The best part... they carry CHANEL cosmetics. Bought my les beiges x2. Great selections and good sales. They have a large coat section too

Wow, Macy's has really changed and not for the better. I used to love shopping here. Now it's a shambles and has the vibe of an off-price retailer. Clothes were strewn about, everything was a mess. Even the floors were a disgrace and the down escalator didn't work. The only positive was the few good deals we found Backstage, but that place was an even bigger mess than the rest of the store. At least the cashier was friendly, but I'll stick to online.

I went to the men's fragrance counter to pick a birthday gift for a friend and when I say THE SERVICE I received from Sharon was impeccable I mean it was amazing! Unsure as to which fragrance I wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied with what I brought. Nowadays the shopping experiences are just so BLAH most of the sales representatives are so cold and semi-rude. She was a breath of fresh air and Macy's should be proud to have her represent their company. If you are in the fragrance department and would like a great shopping experience ask for Sharon you won't be disappointed!

Macy's higher management is all about Macy's. When it comes right down to it their customer service is horrible. After waiting for my Clinique pre-sell for 2 months I finally received it. Let me add that I was charged for it in April and received it in June. I know that the store closing because of the pandemic had a lot to do with this but when I received the merchandise an added bonus that I should have received with my purchase was not in the box. The Clinique Counter Manager was notified and said that my bonus was sent to me. I never received it. I have no doubt that the bonus was sent. I do believe that it is sitting in Macy's dead letter office. This is typical Macy's. Needless to say, I will be taking my Clinique business elsewhere.
