Good selection and eerily quiet like most Lowe’s locations. Watched like I was awaiting a beating from grandpa at self checkout. Gestapo role seems to be the norm for their self checkout, so nothing shocking. I do however, become irritated when the plant which was marked down by 50%, rings up at full price, despite the sign stating it wouldn’t.

Go to any Lowe’s but Newark Lowe’s. The “manager”, Mustafa is arrogant and completely useless. It’s taken 4 trips to the store to get cabinets that were ordered online. Yes 4 trips. Three were missing originally and i had to go to two other Lowe’s and then one was broken when opened. Mustafa at Lowe’s Newark is incapable of running a store let alone providing customer service.

Grabbed a grinding wheel off-the-shelf. Could not purchase it the lady said the u p c is not in the system.
claimed to be the manager and that was the end of the conversation.
I won't return there unless it's absolutely necessary.

Called to inquire about a specific item. Put on hold. I hung up after 20 min. Called back twice, let it ring alot. Both times the line was cut off. 6/15/24. I had this issue before with this Newark store. Done with this store

Went to store this morning to purchase a lawnmower.After having two employees say that they would return to help me in a few minutes, but never did. One hour and 10 minutes later ,I left without lawnmower.

3 strikes with in 5 months
1. order a dryer to be delivered - delivery was 3 days late and it had a big dent in it.
2. went to order custom cabinets it was a Tuesday and the salesperson was wonderful and told me about a 25% discount they had coming up on Thrusday called the head store manger for an override but over the phone he said no I’d have to come back - what a rude move
3. ordered a outdoor grill on a Monday that they offered free assembly and delivery - it would be assembled on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday- we had to wait to 6 pm and the delivery men asked if I know what was in the box - not assembled - sent it back - called the store 3 times nobody ever answered the phone so drove over there - customer service manger was nice but never understood why it was never assembled - now I have to wait a another week because they only assemble on Tuesday - I was going to use it for Father’s day but it will not be delivered until the week after
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT LOWES HAS GONE DOWN SO MUCH THAT IT ALMOST DOES NOT EXIST
MAYBE THE STORE MANAGER SHOULD STOP HIDING

Lowes is at all times very professional.. most employees know what they have in stock in their department. If they are out of an item, they make sure their closest store might that product.

Friendly as I stated b4 professional. I am a disabled veteran. Sometimes when they are slow
