Clean, friendly. I wish there were more locations but they seem to be expanding. Staff are friendly. One location prints out debit cards on site, and that is helpful when you can't wait 7-10 days for the mail. Rates are good. Always met with a smile.

I will never be in a hurry to leave the drive through before counting my money. A Cashier short changed me $100.00. She did it just before closing time on a Saturday.I called the bank, and as expected I didn’t get the refund. Hope she put the money into good use. You will not get me ever again. I will try and make sure I will be your last victim.

Have a live person you can speak with and a better online experience. I can never log on to my account. I have an issue every single time I attempt to log on. I have called every branch and I get a machine. I have also attempted to contact them on their web page and it won't even allow me to put in my email address.

Louviers FCU has been my credit union since 1975. They are progressive and service oriented. Just yesterday I made an online purchase with my credit card. After the transaction the vendor asked me if I wanted to order one more item for only $8. I said yes. These 2 transactions to the same vendor on the same day triggered a fraud alert and I-was contacted today by the credit union. I am very impressed with this level of security.
