The unprofessional of the owner especially when it came to the teachers and owner writing a report when my daughter got hurt and was getting bullied by a child that told her she doesn't belong then after asking the owner and teachers keep that child away from my child and spot the child that is bullying my daughter they sent me a picture with the child that was bullying my child next to each other. Then on top of that my child was scared to go to school because of the child that was bullying her they kicked my daughter out because she missed 6 days 3 being sick days so technically when I called the state about poc they said medical excuses are acceptable after the owner told me other wise. Several times myself and my mother called about the bullying and the owner and staff made me feel like my little black child is not important especially when I had to tell them state reasons they need to write a incident report that the owner should did it without me telling her. With all the daycares abusing kids now days I wouldn't recommend this place at all little caboose to watch my dog not alone my child this is not the first incident with the no caring of the owner. I do have my proof. Will be posting the screenshots soon.

Based off the phone conversation I had with the woman that answered the phone I rate this place a 1 star. If the employees have a nasty attitude at 9:00 in the morning that tells me everything I need to know about a facility.

Having a son with several medical needs, my wife and I were nervous when it came time to put him into daycare. We were not sure we would find a facility that could accommodate all the extra care that comes with him. From day one, the staff at The Little Caboose have gone above and beyond to not only accommodate our son, but also listen to our concerns and make sure that he is well cared for and that we are happy. We are reassured that we made the right choice each day when we walk in and are greeted by nothing but smiles. Our son is showered with love and happiness by everyone in the building. Even more than that, the huge smile that comes to his face when he sees them is priceless. Being small business owners ourselves, we know how important a great connection with the families you serve is. The Little Caboose has mastered this, and we would highly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional childcare. Something that is very hard to find!

So after 8 years and 2 children, this will be our last year with the Caboose, 2 buildings, many wonderful teachers, staff and Owner! We had an amazing adventure, the attentiveness and care from all the teachers has been amazing. The Little Caboose is a model for every other daycare/preschool. The lesson plans have set our children up so well. The rooms are always clean, well lit, and filled with laughter and joy. Everyone here is part of our family we all grew up together at the Caboose. I’m sad I will not be visiting there everyday soon. An amazing chapter of our lives is ending soon and with happy thoughts and fond memories we will pay or final… invoice and farewells :) For anyone who is researching a new place to care for their children as much as you do at home you could not do better than The Little Caboose.

Really can’t say enough amazing things about the Little Caboose. The staff have loved and cared for our children as they would their own, and our kids have thrived socially and academically. In fact, at our son’s kindergarten conference, his teachers asked where he went to preschool because he was reading and writing well beyond a kindergarten level. When I mentioned the Little Caboose, their response was, “Oh, it makes sense now. Every kid we have in class that’s gone through the Caboose is extremely well prepared and ahead of the curve when they get to us for kindergarten.” Our youngest is about to graduate preschool, and while we’re heartbroken to be leaving the Caboose, we know she’s more than ready for her next adventure. Thank you, Little Caboose, for becoming like family the past 7+ years.

Initially i like the day care. The teachers and all are great but, my kid get sick in two days as soon as i send her to day care and i see lot of kids running around coughing and runny nose which the teachers didn’t even bother to clean or wipe or wash there hands. So i was not happy with that at all. My kid was staying home more than in day care. I decided to move out my kid from this day care.

I had a really bad experience with this daycare. My son used to cry the whole time. He was upset and cranky everyday when I got him back. I amwriting this review as one of his teachers always used to complaint about him crying the whole day. One day I went to pick him up and the other kids were playing in the playground and he was sitting on the side holding one of his teachers’ hands and crying and this teacher was talking to another lady casually paying no heed to him. Within 3 weeks of attending this daycare, my son was infected with 4 viruses (in that week all of the kids in his class had stomach bug). He was admitted to the hospital as had high fever and dehydration. Major sanitation issue! I believe the teachers should be patient and give full time and attention to the kids who just start daycare and should never complaint!!!!!

I would like to say that Little Caboose has gone above and beyond any normal daycare when it comes to my children. Their attention to detail and work ethic is second to none. I appreciate all the hard work that they have done and I cannot imagine taking my children anywhere else!

My grandson attends this daycare and I cannot say enough positive things about the staff, the ownership and the entire experience. The teachers are loving and caring and interact very well with all of the students. The owner keeps families up-to-date with daily information, and if something has to change, she lets you know immediately. She and her staff are working hard to keep the children well during this COVID crisis so that parents who need to work can continue to do so.

We have been coming here now for over 5 years and I can't imagine going elsewhere. This place has become like family and I feel like everyone genuinely cares for my daughters and their well-being. The owner Kim is always very good about letting everyone know what's going on, whether it be events, or staff changes, or health notices, etc. I feel like she truly understands working families and what they go through and is always willing to work with whatever problem you have. And I always appreciate the real time updates multiple times a day through the tadpoles app. Thank you to everyone at the Little Caboose!

Great daycare. The staff genuinely cares about the children who attend, they keep you informed about your child’s daily activities through an app. You will be notified of any accidents that happen as soon as possible and they allow you to view video surveillance of your child, without a hassle. They are big on safety and following regulations. Food is cooked on site and they give individualized care. Thanks so much Caboose. I highly recommend.
