Staff was extremely helpful but seem to be unable to perform their jobs. They offered to hem a pair of shorts after telling me they didn’t offer what I wanted (I later checked the website to see that Levi’s does offer what I wanted). The tailor did not perform what was wanted. Unsure if it was a miscommunication between sales associates and tailor or something else. Not to mention that the tailor failed to call me after completing the hem as I was told what would happen by the sales associate. I had to call the store to see if they were ready. I feel they ruined the shorts I purchased. The return policy says I will be unable to return or exchange them. This will be the last Levi’s purchase for me. I’m extremely disappointed.

Great experience in store today! The staff immediately helped me as soon as I walked in and got me into jeans that were perfect. They located my size in the back without question and they also helped me order additional jeans online, in-store. 10/10 will return.

A++ Experience. Great place to go for quality apparel. They have the latest and greatest Levi's gear that you won't find in department stores. You won't find better prices anywhere else. Highly Recommend!!!
