They don't even answer the phone. How can I think about trusting my tax prep to a business that can't even hire someone to answer phones, forcing people to talk to a machine?

We switched to Leary & Co about 4 years ago. Paul has been great and he always does everything he can to ensure a smooth transaction. Paul cares about more then doing your taxes. He will ask about your family and interests so he can get to know you. Great company with great people!

This is the rudest that I have ever been treated by a business, and that includes comcast! I called interested in switching accounting firms and asked them to file an extension for me (which is free to do). The woman answering the phones told me it was a $25 charge. I asked if they would do it for free if I brought both my wife and my business there, she said "No, just take your business elsewhere!" and then hung up on me. No exaggeration. I called back to speak to the accountant and told him how his employees were treating people, and he said that was his wife. Be warned!!
