My husband and I went for blood work today. Melanie and Rose are the best. The facility is very comfortable and clean. Easy sign in. We will continue to go here.

If I could give 0 reviews, I would. This is what my arm looks like now, 2 days after getting bloodwork. Never have I bruised while getting blood work until this time. I can barely lift my arm and it is swollen. Not sure if the girl was in a hurry or just didnt know how to do her job.

10/30 The front desk ladies were so nice and I wish I got the name of who did my blood work, but she was so sweet and got everything done so fast. Such a quick process and super easy. Definitely recommend going in the morning on a Monday, no one was there and got checked in within 10 minutes.

Melanie was an absolute joy in dealing with. I was apprehensive of going in without an appointment but could not wait a week. I was in and out in 15 minutes on a Tuesday at 11:30am. Five Stars all day.

I picked this lab corps because it had the highest reviews. I feel like it completes defeats the purpose encouraging people to make appointments when you end up getting their before your appointment time and still, you wait 45 minutes. I’ve been to other lab corps as a walk in and haven’t waited that long. the people working weren’t very kind, and I’m just gonna continue going back to my regular one.

Will find a different labcorp next time. Was seated in the exam room and did not see the tech wash her hands- decided to give her the benefit of the doubt (maybe she washed them before I came in?), so didn’t say anything. She finished taking my blood and before I had left the room she grabbed a can of Lysol and quickly sprayed the leather armrest. No cavicide or proper disinfect, just a Lysol spray.Out of curiosity I took a seat just outside of the open exam room as the next patient went in to have their blood work done. I watched her pull on a pair of gloves and take this gentleman’s blood, AGAIN WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. Before he left she gave the armrest another quick Lysol spray.I am disgusted and concerned for everyone who has visited this office. I work at a tattoo shop and we would never begin a tattoo without properly washing our hands and wrapping the table/armrest with a disposable sheet. We don’t even allow nail paint or long nails because they can harbor germs, and this tech had long acrylics on.If anyone knows how to report a practice please let me know.

I have high anxiety over blood work— I read the reviews online after countless horrible encounters at the locations close to my home. I’ve been to this location several times now and the staff is always super friendly and Rose is simply the best. I drive 30-40 mins, depending upon traffic, out of my way to come this location just for sweet Rose. I never feel it. She’s always gets me on the first try. And she’s super reassuring and understanding and compassionate about my phobia. She’s also pretty darn funny too. Can’t say enough about this location.

Employees should be made aware of acknowledging a customer/patient walking into their office instead of constantly glancing away and pretending the customer is not even there. And then when customer approaches counter, one of the two receptionists should be taught to acknowledge customer now. But no, these two receptionists, never acknowledging customer, begin their own conversation as to which one will actually see what the customer wants/needs. The receptionist on the right must have lost the conversation because she opens her glass window and finally looks at customer and asks what she can do. Receptionist on left examines her fancy painted nails. Never one smile, not one nice word. I had completed the online check in. When I went inside and began using the kiosk, the kiosk showed something had gone wrong. I took my paperwork to receptionist window and attempted to have one of the two ‘unreceptive receptionists’ acknowledge my presence. I will never go to this unprofessional office again. I may be seventy seven years old, but I still deserved to be acknowledged. I don’t deserve to be made to feel invisible. I’m certain my payment from my insurance companies will be promptly acknowledged. Carolyn Sherr

This is definitely going to be my new Labcorp office! Both ladies were very polite and the office was clean! The woman who took my blood was named Denise. It was refreshing for someone to introduce herself & say hello before stabbing me :)

I ONLY go to this place. I had a bad experience in another location a few months ago that left my arm bruised for months so I am very picky about where I go. The professionals in this location are very sweet and gentle when taking blood.
