Did bloodwork there this morning, I had an appointment and QR code for check-in, no problems. Didn't wait long before I was called. Meliah is a pro! Techs always have trouble finding my veins but she found it on her first try and I barely felt it. I was in and out within 20 minutes. She was pleasant, efficient and good at her job. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

I had a 6 am appointment but that was a joke people standing around and they were taking before me that just walking in,this is the worse place I ever been to get blood work,only 1 person able to take blood as others not doing anything,would suggest people to go to anywhere else but labcorp

I went to this facility on 12/21/2023 it was basically empty. They got me registered right away & Maleah took me back right away and for the first time EVER, I barely felt the needle go into my skin & for the first time EVER, she got my vein & was drawing blood at first attempt. She was GREAT! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Normally I would rate as 4/5 star. Not today! I know times for businesses have changed. My problem is if you pull up the location and it clearly says open until 11 am then that means you are open until 11. My father went to get routine blood work done....CLOSED. Business suggestion...update your website!

Can only speak to the excellent and friendly service received from person who was able to get me a Fit (blood occult) test after couldn’t figure out how to sign in so as to pick up on of the take home kits. Went to location at Limestone and Milltown roads to drop off and got less friendly treatment despite the ‘unusual’ situation

This Labcorp is my "go-to" for all lab work. The front staff are friendly and efficient. The best, however, is when I get in the back to have blood drawn. Normally, I am a difficult "stick" and everywhere else I go (and even hospitals before surgery) I have to be stuck 5-6 times before they have any success. However, this Labcorp has provided me with skilled technicians who are able to find a vein THE FIRST TIME!In fact, on my latest visit on 9/8/23, my technician Nicole was not only able to find a vein on the first stick....BUT I DIDNT EVEN FEEL THE NEEDLE GO IN AT ALL. I was shocked to see that she was drawing blood, because I never even felt the needle go in. I joked with Nicole that I wanted to hire her to be my full-time technician for needles, IV's, and bloodwork. ?

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at LabCorp today, especially since my last visit which was not good at all. Today both receptionist and tech were the bomb.com they both were friendly, the facility was cleaner and no one was sitting on the file cabinet considering my last visit in May. I have to give them Five Stars and a thumbs up, both ladies made my day. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Thank you ladies I appreciate you.

It’s ridiculous having to wait for a drop off when there’s a lot of people and people complaining. Some of the employees are rude in this location!

The Route 4 location by christiana hospital in Delaware closes at 9:30 am not 11am on Saturday's. Other locations may also close earlier than stated on Google.

Horrible experience, as it has been the past three visits. The staff are rude, unprofessional, misleading, and unapologetic. I don't undstand why there isn't a standard of care, and at this point they need scripting as to appropriately and effectively interact with patients. Starting off with a simple "Hi" would be appreciated. Treating you like a human being would also be welcomed. Knowing your job is also a comfort. It is very concerning to see two employees googling things on my order because they just don't know what it is. It's also uncomfortable to see employees standing around talking in between patients. We really don't want to hear about your personal lives, or wait for you to catch up about your crazy night while we wait, watching you work with incredible sloth-like speed. I can truly say with utmost certainly that I will never return to this location. Unfortunately, each time i have come for a service, it has been the same two negative, angry with life women who are just so unpleasant, Im done. Save yourself. Go somewhere else. And the best part, after I have been waiting 30-40 minutes, some nice unexpected lady comes from the back, tells everyone waiting about the wait and where they can go to have less of a wait. I speak with her and she immediately takes my drop off, because I was never supposed to wait!!!!! Pictured below is one of the employees who should be fired for customer service alone!

The hours clearly state that this location should be open until 11:00am on Saturdays. The staff locked.the door at 9:30am per the two men who has just left the facility. We arrived at 9:40am as did a few others. The staff was in the faciliy as all lights were on except for the lobby. Zero concern for those needing services.
