Staff took the time to learn what I wanted and made helpful suggestions. I had to call twice for changes that were out of my control, and they were so nice about it. I saw the arrangement. It was everything I asked for and more. Not the first time I’ve ordered flowers from them. Been very happy every time.

delivered the flowers AFTER valentines day, AFTER it was scheduled for that day, my partner paid for shipping, and the company gaslit me when I called, stating that no one was home during delivery when I was, and no one knocked. I find this company to be quite rude.The flowers themselves are pretty, but half of them are a little wilted and I'm disappointed by the quality

Kirk's was astounding. They made beautiful centerpieces for our Cecil County First Responder's Appreciation Dinner. Each was custom and made with care. The town leaders and honorees couldn't wait to snatch them up at the end of the night. Some were even talking about them the following day. The arrangements made a huge impact and was a reflection of Kirk's customer care. Thank you!

Highly recommend. I sent a bouquet to my daughter for her birthday and it was the most beautiful bouquet. I told them include pink roses and whatever else you can that is pink and they went above and beyond. The lady I spoke with was sweet and professional and I appreciated that just as much.

These flowers were $70 and $15.50 delivery. They were just delivered. You can see how wilted and wrinkled the pink roses are. I told them as a reference that my daughter likes pink roses and hydrangea’s and they were going to build an arrangement around that with filler flowers and greens. She even said that $70 would get a really nice arrangement. It appears they took the 2 flowers I mentioned and shoved them in a vase. This is not what I expected. I should have and could have gotten the same or Better at a grocery store or from the guy at the traffic light!!

I used to love Kirks. Stopped using them about 6years ago. The quality of flowers are horrible. Just received 2 arrangements last weekend. Flowers were wilted when received. They died within 5 days. I will not be using them again.

We ordered the Peaceful Wishes bouquet for my brother in laws memorial service. They did a beautiful job. It looked even better than the picture I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

I usually go to this florists when I need flowers to support local businesses. I was spending $40 on 2 small arrangements for my daughters dance recital. Every other time I was really impressed with the quality and quantity. When I picked up these little arrangements I was so disappointed this time. They looked as if they should cost $5 each not $20. I felt cheap to be handing these over to my daughter and her close friend so I actually went next door to Acme to buy some more flowers. You can get a lot for $40 at Acme and I never before did this. I am very reluctant to order small arrangements at Kirks again.
