Second time I have bought a small bouquet for homecoming that came with wilted flowers. Thought the first time was a fluke but it just happened again. For the price this is extremely disappointing. They should be embarrassed to hand that over. Won't be giving them a third chance.

I came in for a bouquet that needed to match an outfit for a wedding. I showed a picture of what I wanted to match and one of the staff walked me through the greenhouse and suggested various options. I ended up with a beautiful bouquet for a fair price.
I highly highly recommend this place.

Thank you Kirk’s Flowers. My girlfriend sent me on a mission to find a boutonnière on short notice. I thought there was no chance, but Kirk’s Flowers shocked me. Normally with it being prom season, this would have to be an advanced order, but they came through and put one together for me. Definitely going to return here next time I need flowers.

0 star if i was able to. Guaranteed delivery for Vday. It did not happen. Oh yes it did....1 days later. Emailed business and got no response. They call me almost 9:30 at night to deliver when business is closed. Unbelievable and the flowers were already starting to wilt. Never again i promise that. Real classy customer service. i know nothing will come out of this but WOW is all i can say.

Customer service is absolutely awful. I never write negative reviews but when the person picking up the phone yells at you on Valentine's day and says they have no idea when your flowers will be delivered before you have even given them an order number... Seems like maybe they don't need business. If you have no idea where my order is or when it will be delivered, can't even give a time window, or handle a phone call with a customer in a polite manner, I have no interest in your services. My son's lemonade stand is more organized. And has much friendlier employees!

If you are looking to order flowers for any occasion or for a just because reason, do not hesitate to call Kirk Flowers at the Capitol Trail or Suburban plaza locations. You will only experience superior customer service with very helpful and pleasant people to work with,satisfaction and joy with the beautiful flower arrangement that your recipient will receive, and the cost that no one can beat.Do not waste your time ordering from 1-800-Flowers where you don’t get the beautiful arrangements that you see on their website, and the price that you will pay is not worth it. I also had a very bad experience with Blooms Today and the Sarata Florist, both 800 services. Blooms Today cancelled the order I placed 2 days ago for my GF whose mother just passed. The reason was they didn’t have a florist that delivered in Oxford, PA. They should not have accepted my order then. With Sarata Florist, I ordered flowers yesterday for delivery today for my Mom’s 93’rd Birthday. Sarata guaranteed delivery for today but sent me a last minute email this morning to let me know that they cancelled my order. No reason provided. It was now 12:05pm on a Saturday. At this point, most florists in our area will no longer accept same day deliveries because they close at 1pm and their delivery drivers are already out with their deliveries.I called my sister panicking and asked her if she knew a good florist in her area. Without hesitation, she said Kirk Flowers. It was 12:15pm now and I was praying for a miracle for them to take my order for Mom’s sake. I spoke with John, the owner, who was very emphatic and said that he will make sure that Mom receive her birthday flowers today. He asked me to call their Suburban plaza location to tell them that he gave me an okay to place my order and guaranteed that it will be delivered today, they close at 1pm. Kay took the order from me. Kay was a pleasure to talk with. She did not rush me but rather took the time to ask my flower preferences, color motif and price I’d like to pay. Like John, Kay was very emphatic. She told me not to worry because Mom will receive her beautiful flowers today!Thank you so much John and Kay for going above and beyond my expectations for the kind of customer service you both provided to me today!Thank you for making my day and Mom’s as well!I will highly recommend you to family and friends! Keep up the exceptional service that you provide to your customers, very rare to see nowadays.

I manage a marina in Florida where hospitality and 'going the extra mile' really makes a difference in customer satisfaction. Recently my wonderful mother of 80+ years 'fell off a ladder putting up Christmas decorations' at her home in Newark, DE. Fortunately Mom was OK and the doctors were planning to do repair a broken femur as well as replace her hip at Christiana Hospital. Knowing my mother loves flowers I placed an on line order to have them sent to her bedside the next day. That afternoon Kirk's called my directly to notify me that, "we cannot send flowers to the ER a/or ICU" I understood and advised them I would call them as soon as I knew when she was out of surgery. A few days past, I wasn't sure when she would be out of ICU so I called Kirk's and advised them "I don't know when she'll be out, I will call you as soon as I know more" To my surprise and amazement Kirk's was on top of the status and--I'm not sure how--were able to get the flowers to her as she was recovering from surgery. I cannot say enough of how impressed I am with how Kirk's handled this, I plan on using them for all future occassions--Thank You Kirk's Flowers for your incredible service--Nancy 'Loved' your bouquet! Sorry, I rarely write a bad review, but this has happened on more than one occasion and I'm tired of it! I sent flowers to a dear friend and wanted something extra special as there was an emotional reason why I was sending them. I was specific as to what I wanted, gave them a description of what I wanted and even increased the price that I wanted to spend by $50. Spending what I did, I expected a luxury bouquet. What was delivered was an arrangement that looked like it was worth half of what I paid!!These florists think that a customer calling in an order will not see the actual product that was delivered. Upon receiving the flowers, my friend took a picture and sent it to me. I'm so upset, spoke to the manager who said she made the arrangement. When I asked how this could be rectified, she offered to remake it with more flowers but less expensive ones... how about adding to the bare spots filled with greens instead of remaking the arrangement with more inexpensive flowers... sorry, so very disappointed and will never order from them again!

I received beautiful Mother's Day flowers from my son who lives in Denver. He had chosen a 'Designer's Choice' arrangement thinking that the designers would have more freedom in selecting the best flowers during such a busy holiday. What a great decision that was! The flowers were gorgeous and lasted over 2 weeks. The second photo shows some wilting but that is at 16 days. Thanks so much to the staff at Kirk's for the care that they put into their craft.
