Service at this store was ok. However they were seen by some members of our groomsmen playing ping pong on the table.
When we got the suits only 2-3 days before the event we found that most of the pants were too short. One member even had his replaced , but the new pair was never put into his suit bag. Thankfully another member had a second pair due to his also being too short. A couple of jackets were tight and we had about three jacket buttons pop off.
Unfortunately these occurred so close to the event that they cannot be fixed. With last minute decisions we were able to fix what we could but with minimal help from Jos A Bank.
Will not be renting here again.

Custom fitted for 3 suits, custom French cuff shirts, dress/casual shoes as well as belts in one visit. Great personal attention and follow up. Completion was 3 weeks early.

Second time buying a suit from here. The manager is awesome! Very informative, personable, and got my perfect fit. He understood my wants and took care of any issues I had. I recommend him and the location. I will definitely be shopping here again!

I stopped in to get a suit last minute and i’m glad Tim was the associate helping me. We had some issues with delivery times and Tim went above and beyond to accommodate. He easily could have said it was out of stock and there was nothing he could do, but he didn’t, he made sure it would get delivered within my tight timeline.

I needed to rent a suit for a wedding I'm in so I went to get it all taken care of on a Sunday morning when they first open. Upon arriving, someone was already in front of me. The man behind the desk told me that he would be right with me and that he was going to be by himself. Then a wave hit. Person after person after person walked in. Some wanted to buy things, some wanted to try on stuff that came in, some wanted to pick up. Meanwhile, there were 2 of us already there getting measurements and stuff for a suit rental. The man did his best to get to everyone, and still pay close attention when coming back to continue helping me. I can't remember his name right now, but if you go there and see a Slimmer guy with a big black beard, he is great! Fantastic worker! Anytime I shop for this type clothing, I'll go here because of him! This company should be thrilled with the employee they have!

I have several suits and sport coats from here. They last, look great even after 10 years. Yes really. We were in a terrible pinch, and my son needed suit separates for an event 4 days later. They sent us from Christiana, De to King of Prussia to get the matching pants we needed. They called ahead for us and pickup was easy. Winner, Winner, Chicken dinner!

I had a TERRIBLE experience at the Jos. A. Bank store in NEWARK, Delaware. The SEAMSTRESS was HORRIBLE. SHE REFUSED TO FIX MY LONG PANTS' ZIPPER. I brought them to this store because the Greenville store (my usual store) recommended I take them there, since their seamstress was very busy. I told the people at the Newark store that I was on a tight deadline, because I needed these pants for a trip to the Virgin Islands that I was soon leaving on. The woman at the desk assured me that they would be done in time. When I never got a call to come in and pick them up, I called the store. I was told that the seamstress said that I had to wash the pants. I told the man on the phone that they had already been SOAKED AND WASHED (so washed twice). He still told me to come in and do it again. When I went in the next day, I spoke to a new person at the counter. He went back and got the pants and agreed they were COMPLETELY CLEAN. In fact, they looked brand new. I asked to speak to the seamstress, but he told me that she had just stepped out. I have no idea why she acted this way. I have been a longtime customer of Jos. A. Bank for decades and I will never go to the Newark store again. I am now short of a pair of pants that I much needed for my trip. This SEAMSTRESS should be FIRED! Don't trust your clothes or deadlines with her!

The end result we are pleased with. Basically we were not satisfied with our purchase but in the end we were pleased with the outcome even though we didnt get what we asked for. There are still good people in this world that believe in true customer service. I would recommend.

Awful service. Staff and managers don’t really care about the customers. Ordered a custom suit. Experience was awful, in making alterations, manager seemed upset that I requested pant legs to be shorter. Elevated his voice when speaking to me. When asked for a refund, was informed I should wait 4-6 weeks to get a check in the mail, although unpaid for the suit with a card. He didn’t seem to care about the customer.
