We came in to get my rings sized down, he explained everything clearly and made sure we knew exactly what would happen to each. When we made the decision to go with a different band, he was so helpful. He took what I was and wasn’t looking for, our budget, and helped picked exactly what I wanted! He went above and beyond from the moment we walked in the door to the final purchase! I’m pretty lucky I get such an incredible person from the beginning! He is a gem and Jared is really lucky to have him! Every ring I own comes with a story of how the person who helped us, was part of the story! Now he is part of my story and I’m so grateful! “This boutique was fantastic. We were very fortunate to meet Hilda, who was wonderful from beginning to end. We knew what type of watch my wife and I each wanted and she immediately knew the specs and helpful in providing us with a watch that just came in that day! These were going to be our first Rolex watches and wedding watches at that, and she was very sympathetic at our tight timeline on getting these watches. We were searching for our pair for a couple months and met many people along the way but Hilda was the most efficient and kindest sales associate we had the pleasure to meet. She was also meticulous in asking our preference for other watches and gave us helpful tips on staying in touch. This is the only boutique we would wholeheartedly recommend.”

“Back in March of this year, I came across Van Scoy while looking up jewelry stores for engagement rings and gave them a call. I spoke with Parker on the phone and he extremely friendly and I explained to him that I was interested in purchasing an engagement ring for my girlfriend but didn’t know much. He told me to come in and I did the same day and Parker sat with me for almost an hour explaining every detail of what goes into an engagement ring. I had an idea of what she wanted so I was able to show Parker and he worked his magic trying to find the perfect match. He ordered several other diamonds for me to see a few days later. It took about 3 weeks for the ring to be sent out and made. I proposed to my now fiancé a week ago while we were on our vacation and the ring is so incredibly beautiful. I dealt with Parker and Mrs. Van Scoy and they made a stressful process, literally the easiest. Thank you so much for all our you help and getting the perfect ring made for my fiance! “As a buyer I had a lovely experience here. A great selection of everything. I could look all day and still have more to look at. Staff was friendly and YES they hold onto large bags at the register. So does every other antique shop.. leave your bag at home if you don’t like that.
Staff didn’t follow me or make me feel watched as others have claimed. Over all had a great experience and will go again ☺️”

“Haven't been in one of these in ages and the wife suggested we take a look. Used to go here all the time looking for snarky birthday cards and other gag gifts. Place has changed a bit: yes, the lava lamps were still there and they had some nice anime goods. The back of the store was interesting. Lots of um, toys and lotions and let's say this isn't a good place to take the kids. At any rate, if you're looking for something unusual, stop here first. Fun note: when we went, they were asking for donations to send to the ACLU to help them fight all of the trans bans. We donated. They bring out a cowbell then sent us to the Pride flag to sign it. Good experience.”

Dropped them off and both pieces were ready within a few hours and I was very satisfied with the work that was done. And was given a 6 month warranty on the work done on my Bracelet. Will definitely use them next time I need any jewelry or watch work done.”
