Brima and Taylor are phenomenal trainers(others I haven’t trained with yet). Both are active fighters and instruct classes the way they would train. Great place to get in shape or if you are interested getting into the sport of kickboxing. There are a lot of guys coming up in the sport who train hard there and are available for sparring.

Great place if you are serious about getting a good workout. This is a real fight gym, but even if you don't plan to fight the workouts are amazing!

The best place to get fit- the non-contact kickboxing classes are an amazing cardio workout that never gets boring. I went from almost completely sedentary to going 3x a week! There is a lot of intense interval training and while it is tough, if you stick with it you’ll see amazing results. The environment is very friendly and supportive.
