The present Store Manager at the Christiana Mall in Newark DE call the security on me on 6/10/23 @ 13:40. Just because I was asking her to find my watch, that I took in the Invicta store for battery charge since 4/21/23. She told me , she is a new management, the old management is gone. And there is no record of my watch. I even provided her the service ticket number. She told me for the third time, my watch is no where to be find. I requested Invicta corporate number, she told me that she didn’t have it. I call corporate yesterday and put my case across. After 3 hours the store manager call me, and let me know she find my watch. Please be carful with Invicta store at the Christian Mall Newark DE. Bad management

It was a friendly, respectful, and welcoming staff are very knowledgeable about the items that you are interested in. Plus they have unbeatable deals. It was worth taking the 2½ hours drive from New York City. I'm planning to go back soon.

Attempted to have links removed from my watch purchased from Invicta. I drove an hour to the Christiana store and was dismissed by staff and told they were "too busy, come back tomorrow". I explained that I live an hour away to no avail. Received no help. I love the design of Invicta. The customer service in the store is horrid.

I purchased about 6 watches from this store. I bought 2 on a red tag sale they had buy one get one free once I got home I noticed online prices were way cheaper then in store I called in and spoke with Taylor she was very helpful and said to come back in and they will adjust the difference in store credit. I live about a hr away and didnt mind the drive back.I just went back up to the store yesterday and she recognized me I helped me purchase a 6 holder watch case. Felt good going in a store and being helped immediately. She was able to match the case price online saving me close to 50$. I will definitely be back.

Went there yesterday afternoon to get my battery changed and the only girl working (Coley according to the receipt) was more concerned over sending a text message than servicing me. I had to wait for her to finish her one handed typing before she finally takes my watch. When I go back to pick it up, it's not ready. I wonder why, could it be that she was on her phone as soon as I walked away again??? She was definitely on it when I went back. For as much as you charge you would think you would train your staff on customer service skills.

Being an invicta collector I do my shopping on line I drove an hour and a half to go to the store. When I arrived nobody greated us or ask if we needed help. After being in the store for 10 minutes. I had to ask for help and to receive pricing on the watches. I was more upset to hear the watches were probably priced 3 times over normal retail... the sea hunter gen 4 was going for 600.00 that watch is 258.00 every day on shop hq. And only 158. On sale. Very disappointed in price Guage. People who collect invictas know whY they should be paying... very ?
