“On New Years Eve I had to go to the Xfinity store at the Christiana mall, after spending over 5 frustrating hours on the phone with multiple customer service representatives that were of no help, and was immediately greeted with a smile and positivity by the store manager Amanda. My issue is very complex and while they were unable to resolve it at the store, Amanda filed a ticket right away, explained the process with transparency and has remained in contact with me each day to update me on what she knows and next steps. She continues to do everything in her power to help resolve the error made by Xfinity and takes a lot of personal pride in her job and helping customers.
