Over promising when my car would be done, not just one time. Over and over, saying my car would be done. And
now that I have it back it runs, but I have no radio and no screen navigation. I strongly do not recommend this place.

In Tune automotive fixed my trucks suspension when two other shops (including the dealer where I bought it) told me “we do not work on trucks with lift kits” They took time to properly diagnose/fix and had my truck running like new in no time. Very happy with their work and especially their communication with me as they were diagnosing.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I've been going to this repair shop for as long as I can remember and they have NEVER disappointed me. Even when I think my car is done....in need of a new one, they ensure me all is well with a few repairs, and give me hopes for quick, efficient repairs. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I highly recommend it to my friends, family and anyone reading this review.

Highly recommend! My family has been going to In Tune for a long time and they have become our primary "go-to" for anything car-related. We were traveling across the country, Massachusetts to California. The first day of the trip found us stranded on the side of the highway somewhere (New Jersey? Maryland? Delaware? I couldn't have told ya!!) with a four year old child, a dog, and a dead car stuffed with our possessions. After a somewhat harrowing experience of finding a Lyft to get my child safely to a hotel and off the highway shoulder, and finding a tow to get my dead car to that same hotel, I looked up local car repair shops and was so fortunate to come across this place.They were not only expedient in doing everything they could to get my car fixed as quickly as possible... they put up with at least six phone calls from me throughout the day. You see, I was feeling extremely anxious about the long drive ahead of us, not wanting to get stranded again with my little one. I called repeatedly, wanting assurance that they were checking everything, wanting things explained to me. They were patient and kind to me, very understanding and forthcoming with what was going on with my car and what needed to be done. I had my alternator, fan belt, and a tire replaced (I wanted EVERYTHING in tip top shape!) They even picked us up from our hotel when the car was done so we didn't have to worry about finding a way there.We are now safely at our new home in CA, and the car is running strong and reliably. I highly recommend this place to anyone, as they are honest, kind people who genuinely want to help you out and meet your needs. TERESA! I took someone to Elkton for her eye procedure. I was going to wait and give her a ride back home. A few miles before the doctor's office my engine light went on. Perfect timing... I made it to the doctor's office, dropped her off and checked the internet for a mechanic in the area. I found the In Tune Auto Repair and drove there hoping they could help me. I was worried because I knew I had to pick up my friend and bring her safely home. I was concerned because I did not have an appointment.I was greeted by Theresa who runs the office. She was professional and very friendly. She said they would run a scan to see what was going on with the engine. The mechanic came back with good news, it was something easily taken care of, not a problem. He left the car running with the AC turned on so I could be comfortable in the car. He even thought about that!So, this is a great place. Kind and professional people. Bottom line: I will be bringing my car back for all the work it will need.Thank you!
