“Good afternoon my name is Kathleen and I had the greatest experience while shopping at the La-z Boy store in Newark DE off of Churchmans Rd! I came from Westampton NJ about 52 miles north of Delaware, because My brother Ken and Sistet-in-Law Cathy raved about the furniture and service that they experienced over a year age with Daily their personal designer and the store manager Christine‼️
My sales man Michael Tomsic was extremely helpful not pushy! After Michael helped me to choose the furniture and material of my liking, he introduced me to Dailey T. a personal designer‼️. What a wonderful and extremely talented and creative young woman! Dailey put together two complete rooms of furniture for me and what an amazing job she did‼️

“As a buyer I had a lovely experience here. A great selection of everything. I could look all day and still have more to look at. Staff was friendly and YES they hold onto large bags at the register. So does every other antique shop.. leave your bag at home if you don’t like that.
Staff didn’t follow me or make me feel watched as others have claimed. Over all had a great experience and will go again ☺️”
“I found Rooted on Mane 1.5 years ago. Sophia came to my rescue to rectify a pretty awful color job done at another salon. I'm sure it's difficult when a new client comes in complaining about another salon! Sophia took it all in stride and was fantastic! I've been a regular here ever since! All the staff seem so warm and welcoming especially Rebecca who will always greet you in such a friendly manner! In fact I'm sitting here waiting for my appointment to begin! “Flooring pricing are usually competitive. Labor for installation also, but look closely. I was quoted one price and then, after doing my comparison with other stores and ordered the flooring material, sthe install labor rate was increased almost a dollar per sqft. I understand I could have cancelled my order but time was of the essence. I prefer if they were upfront about the rate. They still may have gotten my business.”
“Quirky and eclectic. It’s so much so they even sell film here. Yes, photography geeks, they have film! What’s even stranger is the film prices were good. A friend ordered a 3 pack of Fuji Superia 400 35mm film for a really good price online. I found Lomography Metropolis and CineStill 800t in stock at this location and once again a really good price. I don’t use Fuji Instax film or disposable cameras but they have them too.”
