Okay, if I can give 0 star, I will do it. They business hour is no one in store, light is open, open sign is on, but they hang the sign say “will be back in 10 mins”. First time around 10:30, I be there. Second time, 10:45 after I buy a coffee form starbuck. And I keep to go to want to try get some cigarette, but they keep lock the door. I rather you say today is close or open late etc. but don’t say will be back in 10 mins,, but never back !!!!

I really like one of the workers there, but today I had a very bad experience with a man. I bought a vape for $20 a few days ago which completely broke. it was a rechargeable vape, and it stopped working with 4 CHARGERS. And it tastes like battery acid. I came back to see if there's anything they could do, and the man was so rude saying I need to contact HYDE for a refund. He was very rude and didn't give me a discount. i Will not be shopping there again, or for as long as that man works there

When I'm on campus this is my first stop for anything I could need. The blonde lady that works there is super knowledgeable about everything they sell and makes shopping here such an adventure. (She's soooo sweet!) I've never had a problem with anything I've bought either; everything I've purchased is worth the money.

Bought a device that literally didn’t work out of the box, so I went back to ask for a new one. Instead of being reasonable, the employee I was talking to was incredibly rude and insisted I was in the wrong.

Bought a mod and it broke came all the way from nj to return it and they only want to give me half of my money back calling the bbb expensive crap is what they sell sorry not a collage yuppie and not thriving off of mommy and daddy's money. What a load of crap and I would give this no starts

I bought an expensive piece of electronics here a few weeks ago. Sadly, it stopped working so I returned it. The woman, who accent I did not recognize, tested it and verified tit didn't work, then told me no refunds or exchanges. That was it. No emotion, no regret, and no choice. Buyer beware!

Omg... I'm new to the area and was looking up places I could buy some herbal accessories from, but reading the reviews saved me a trip. Omg... how can the owner not do anything about the rude customer service??? Obviously nothing's been done because people are still complaining about it. I mean I know I wouldn't want to be treated like that. That's not wise for the owner because they're building a bad reputation for their brand, missing out on more money being made, and sending potential customers elsewhere and then on top of that he doesn't even have a website. Websites are important so that the customer can see if the company has what they're looking for. I mean how could they not have one... I want to thank everybody for the reviews. You really saved people like me from going there. Good looking out!!!

I wish they had a website so you could get an idea of the types of things they carry, besides pipes and the like. I’m looking for something specific that I know they carried at one point, but I wanted to make sure they still sell it before I drive all the way over there. I can easily call, which is what I’ll have to do, but a website with prices would have been extremely helpful and so much faster. It’s been so long since I’ve been there, however, that I don’t feel comfortable saying anything better or worse about them, hence the 3 stars. Once I stop in I’ll adjust my stars accordingly. ?

By all means DO NOT GO HERE. THEY SOLD ME INCORRECT PIECES AND PARTS TO A VAPE AND REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ME WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN MY SITUATION BY SAYING "when you were in the store you took everything apart and should've seen it" and when i tried to explain that I didnt see the coil or OHM bc i literally couldnt see it while I was in the store, she said "no refunds, no returns"(in the nastiest attitude ever) If they sell you INCORRECT PARTS you SHOULD have the CORECT parts and the CORRECT PARTS SHOULD BE ON THE VAPE AND NOT SOLD INCORRECTLY. I have been a customer here for 4.5 years. I've become friends with some of the workers there, ive sent them plenty of customers and business, but today was the last straw. I have always been given a second chance/ opion or ACTUAL cutsomer service there when i was sold something that was incorrect on their part. But the "worker" there today treated me and my friends like absolute dip wads. Do not go. save yourself a trip, money, and peace of mind. So disappointed ...
