Room was okay just an older builder. My biggest complaint was the first night the front desk guy didn't know how to charge my cards as I was on a work trip and was then charged 3 times. I then saw drug deals go down at the abandoned hotel. Then the red roof inn someone put holes in the fence to get from the Hampton to the red roof inn. They play music all night long and it's just not a very safe environment.

A 2 star hotel. Very noisy neighbors and the air conditioner kept us up most of the night. Common areas were nice but rooms were not clean. I would not stay here again.

Had a great time at this hotel. Solid service through and through, comfortable room, safe area, lot of dining options available. They even had a breakfast to go option for folks, will be back again.

This is my second week staying here for work Monday through Friday. Housekeeping didn't show up at all the first week. I had to call the front desk for fresh towels. I told the front desk I couldn't get ABC on the TV because I like to watch Jeopardy. The first week they told me that they don't have that channel at the hotel but I have it in my room this week? No microwaves in the room? Overall nice place and the staff is friendly.

Bed Bugs & They Don't Care - Stayed 2 nights (8/2-8/4'24) for a family reunion in rms 414 & 416. Both Queen doubles. Morning after night 1 my daughter told me she switched beds in 414 because "something" bit her, but was okay in the other bed. I've never encountered bed bugs, so my mind went to spider or something else. I'd slept restlessly in 416 but didn't attribute it to anything. Night 2, I got no sleep. My husband said he was fine, but I felt like something was on me most of the night and I woke up horrified to the faint tell tale horizontal lines of bed bug bites. My daughter fared worse in 414 since she reacted with multiple itchy welps on her neck, arms and legs (see photo).
After reporting it to the front desk (8a) I was promised that maintenance would visit the room and I should get a call from the manager. I called as follow up Monday morning and the front desk manager promised a call back that afternoon post investigation. It's Wednesday and no call, email, text.
I am consumed with the idea that these things may have followed us home. And for all I know they immediately re-rented those rooms with no treatment protocols to impact someone else.
Ridiculous. Irresponsible.
My only positive impression of this hotel is from the breakfast staff.

Pros: Nice hotel! Naivoby checked me in and was very nice! Steven overnights, was great! He went above and beyond, very helpful! The morning lady in breakfast was so good along with housekeeper! The place is nice but pricey for what you get! A.c. worked great! The bed was comfy and they have a kitchenette.
Cons;
There was a lot of holes in the wall, closet door didn't close,
the lights were all too bright! And the shower has calcium build up n felt gross coming out and uneven.

The room is pretty good except no sheets or blankets were in the room for the sofa bed. There was no hair conditioner because it was not fill up from the last guest. The breakfast was disappointing because there were no glutten free items. Turkey bacon was like chewing on greasy cardboard. Why can't you guys just have real bacon? The floor needs to be mopped in the breakfast area. My sandals were sticky after walking in it.

They accept pets and when our smallest cat crawled inside the sofa bed and got stuck, Gary from maintenance did a careful and wonderful job helping us extricate her!
The room was spacious and beautiful. The bed was comfortable.
Excellent hotel and excellent service.
