It’s a shame that even though the cashier was very friendly, the sad gentleman working in the back named from what I could read, “Malachai” or something similar seemed to have a real issue being inconvenienced from walking around to being asked to do “his job” and help an elderly older couple carry a chair to their car. Maybe goodwill should find employees with basic empathy and work ethic capabilities.

Went in looking for a particular item, employee told me that they can keep my number behind the counter for when that item comes in, then employee proceeds to text and call me on his personal device asking to hangout. Completely taking advantage of his work responsibilities. At another time, I asked if I could purchase an item that was out on the sidewalk in front of GoodWill. Employee was so angry with me that I asked to purchase an item that was not yet marked for sale, she yelled at me and hit her cane against the window out of frustration towards me. In both instances the employees were not only inappropriate, but disrespectful.

I love me a good find y’all. This Goodwill has so many nice things. They have another section for furniture. Really organized. The kids section was a little bit limited but still found some nice items. Will go again…..

Huge plant lady here and I love to thrift for pots and plant accessories. I found so many goodies! Pots, trays plant decor and candles. The staff was friendly and it was very clean

The staff here has always been very nice to me. The items are usually organized well enough and the staff moves as quick as they can given they always seem to be understaffed. My only complaint is that the pricing on the signs needs to represent what they are charging. For example, their signs say "jean pants" are $7.99. They are charging $7.99 for any bottom that is jean fabric, including jean shorts and skirts. Please update the pricing signs to say "jean bottoms" if that is what is meant. Even if it's just a quick printer copy page. Anyway, great store and pretty nice, hard working staff, they just need to update their pricing charts so that people aren't shocked when they get up to checkout.
