Large selection, clean store, and friendly staff. Drove to this location because it was the only one in the area that had Xbox 360 Kinect’s still. I asked if they happened to have a white version to match my console and Franklin let me know that they were pretty hard to find and that he didn’t think so. Other employee grabbed one from the back in a box and when I opened it up at home it was the white version! Great surprise.

After returning a controller with warranty and getting a replacement I took it home only to find out it had worse drift than the one I brought in I brought back the replacement and the guy worked it out with me really well to get a for sure good controller I should of asked his name he was a really cool dude give him a raise. I've been losing faith in gamestop but that brought me back a little.

How can u sell a preowned ps4 controller and it’s dirty than all hell knowing damn well it’s not worth $60. Yeah it’s my fault for not looking at the details of it but when I got home I took it out. The controller look like it been kick drop and more stains than a pre-school room. GameStop have to be stop for this. Like fr $60 for a ps4 controller it look like it’s not even worth $15. GameStop needs to be rework with better standards. They will always be a piss poor company and just scammers.

My grandpa called a GameStop and they said that that they could wait for us we got the game and got a warranty for it and they called us back because they forgot our warranty sticker and then they gave to Brendan and Chuck great guys great customer service

Purchased a pre-owned Xbox one controller from, it worked for less than 2 weeks. Not the first time I've been screwed by the preowns at this location. I'm moving to Walmart for all future purchases.

This store does not honor their pre order rewards. I ordered the new Mario RPG weeks ago and never received the pin set because they gave all the pins away. Just another reason to stop shopping at the brick one mortar stores.

Went here to trade in ps4 and the gentleman working stated that because it doesn’t have a HDMI I couldn’t trade the game in, meanwhile I had everything else that goes with the game (power cord, controller). These games are not even sold with HDMI cords so why would you even expect me to bring my own to trade in a game.
