dont like the new recent management, first the prices are so high, they didn't know their prices, and empanadas aren't re-fried once ordered

So my review used to be 1 star for moldy food, but since new management took over and it became more of a mexican grocery things have improved significantly! I love going into the store! Everyone is nice and the store smells so good and they always have cool things to look at

REAL Dominican food! Grab a menu and try EVERYTHING! I've never had anything from here I didn't like. Super friendly, kitchen essentials, and good food? I stop by at least twice a week.

Food was old and nasty! They store the left over food in the refrigerator and just warm it up next day, all stale and not fresh!! Never coming back, items are overly priced. Better off going to shop rite or the farmers market!

Oh my gosh! Went here for the first time with my son and was immediately drawn to the empanadas. There were only 2 left and the woman behind the counter called over to me to let me know she had a fresh batch that just came out with other fillings. Got a couple of chicken and a couple of beef empanadas. Then realized they served hot Spanish food in the back. Couldn’t resist the rice and peas dish and the delicious chicken that fell off the bone. Also got a side of beef tripe. Everything is so delicious! The people were so friendly and polite. Can’t wait to go back tomorrow to try the pork. So happy I found this place! ?

I'm impressed with this store. It is clean well stocked and a super friendly staff. They have hot Spanish food including yucca, rice and red beans.
