Wonderful staff, and comfy rooms! Morgan, and the staff at this location, made sure my meeting went as smooth as possible! Meeting room was set up great, had plenty of refreshments all day long, and lunch was prepared for my attendees early, and just in time for break...Ms. Morgan even came to check on everything after the meeting was over..I will be back at this venue..

Four points Wilmington is located next to the regional airport ILG and about half an hour from Philadelphia airport, PHL. The hotel is minutes away from shopping at the Christiania mall and not much longer to downtown Wilmington. There is plenty of parking space around the hotel, and it's complimentary. There is a nice lobby with access to the restaurant and bar as well as a good-sized gym on the ground floor. On the fourth floor is a guest laundry. The rooms are nice and big with plenty of space for both work and leisure. Excellent spot for exploring Delaware!

After I stayed 2 weeks at 4 Points I have felt a sense of southern hospitality like feel. The staff there were accommodating and provided excellent customer service to where I have gotten want know everyone by name. Like Alena who works in management, Ms. Daysi who kept my glass filled with orange juice and whom I watch multitask helping numerous of guests at a time, and Ms Janae whom greeted everyone with a smile and provided me with a key card every single time it was deactivated, and to Troy and Demetrius whom given me locations to check out and even went above and beyond letting me know how to get there and where to park when visiting locations. I believe if I would stayed one more week we would have had a family reunion lol. This was truly a solid team that Super exceeded expectations.

This was my second stay here and I plan to return again when I'm in the area again.Positives:+ The bathroom has a nice counter with enough space for (at least) two people to spread stuff out. The bathroom also has a real door, not one of those pocket doors that lets noises and air out.+ There were free tasty cookies in the front lobby each time we passed through.+ The staff was pleasant. When we were checking out, they asked if there was anything they could have done to improve our stay.+ The room felt a bit bigger than the average hotel room.+ It was nice to have a fridge and microwave.+ (To address negative feedback I saw in another review...) The linens were all clean. I did a close inspection because of a review I saw about very soiled towels, but our linens were perfectly clean.+ The fitness center/gym is entirely adequate. The equipment was all in good shape and there was enough space for multiple guests to use the gym at once.+ The price was reasonable.+ Our TV worked fine. I appreciated that we were easily able to reach the plugs so we could use our own cord to connect to our laptop.Negatives:- There were a few minor smudges on the wallpaper.- The water pressure isn't great in the shower.- There's only a passive vent in the bathroom, not a real fan.

The customer service was horrible spent $400 for two nights had to move 4 times tvs not working room was filthy the arguing form others cops being called they escorting them out and the weed smell through the building bathroom was dirty mold in the shower and black stuff splatter all on the tile urine on the toilet and appliances not working. I stayed here before with issues but this by far was the worse stay then when trying to resolve the issue I was disrespected by front desk Diana and Jazmine telling me go to my room wait to talk to a manager tomorrow this is not professional. Stay away from this place it went down hill it’s dog hairs all over the furniture in the rooms wall paper pilling blood spots and dirt and all on the walls not to mention the red decor pillow in the sweet had white spots stains all over it the bad mold smell upon entering in the rooms this is their 4th time with new ownership this says a lot run fast stay away it’s bad all the staff they just had quit all new people not to mention my Gucci eye glasses got stollen out my room from a housekeeper staff and still waiting to be reimbursed !!! Be careful of the roaches and bugs here food behind the furniture and mold and dirt I have so many pictures it’s bad I give them a 0 I will not return here again

Very disrespectful most unprofessional hotel I ever been at the manager should be fired she wouldn’t give me her name they charge your credit days after leave extra money like people don’t check there bank account how the room go from $117 to $192 very disappointed in the staff / management as a whole definitely lost a customer

Very unprofessional, lady at the desk must have been new , ran my card and then said it was nulled on her end smh and she did not even try to resolve anything ! so now no room I will not recommend or return to this hotel !

This was an absolutely horrible stay, We paid 360, for three nights, and all three nights we encountered bugs infested in 3 different rooms. When talking to the manager about a refund we were told we would only be reimbursed for 1 night. In response to my question “why would we not be reimbursed fully for all three nights” the manager then then went onto say “if you were having trouble all three nights why would you stay”, as if people just have money to throw away and resources to up and do that, not even acknowledging the uncleanly business they run. The manager also kept calling me “honey” when speaking to me, which to me is not professional, and kept cutting me off when I tried to explain my point of view, very unintelligent lady. The first two rooms we stayed in were on floor 3, then the last room we went to which also was infested was room 419. Also upon inspection of 2nd to last room, there seemed to be food behind the desk, which is probably attracting their critters.

We stayed during thanksgiving break. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was cleaned. It even smelled good! The rooms are a little outdated. The wallpaper is starting to peel. However, that didn't stop us from being comfortable. The rooms were still very clean. The mall is also 5 mins away so there is a lot of shopping eateries to enjoy. I would book again.

The lobby area is nicely updated but the rooms are super dated and in need of TLC. The wallpaper was peeling off all over the room and there was mold in the shower. The phone in our room was also falling apart.

Stayed two nights on a holiday weekend, the staff were very nice, the rooms were clean. Asked for a suite, was a bit disappointed that it was 1 room with 2 beds and a sofa bed, a little tight for 4 adults and 2 children. We really thought it would be 2 rooms or at least connecting ones. The location is great for shopping and eating.Nearby activities: Malls, shops, and restaurants are nearby.

I’ll start by saying the staff was super nice and helpful. I did experience a room where there was a good amount of mold that was actually forcing the wall covering to peel from the walls and the smell was pretty unbearable. There was no sufficient circulation or ventilation and the room overall was very damp. When I pointed it out to the front desk and showed the pics, they immediately got me a better room.
