Hmmm where do I get started? There’s nothing wrong with the front desk, but their pickup driver is really rude. I called to pick up some boxes yesterday, the driver does not show up at all even though it’s promised. The driver came this morning and refused to take boxes downstairs. There are eleven boxes and we had to tip the driver $20 for carrying JUST ONE 20lbs box.
I then called the customer service to file a complaint, and the guy who answered the call did not let me finish my words and then told me their service is down and nothing he could do.
I wish I can give negative stars.

I recently visited the FedEx office and was thoroughly impressed with the service. From a warm welcome as I entered to the incredibly fast service they provided, everything was top-notch. Baba is a great guy who has a warm conversation and makes the experience even more pleasant. Whether you’re in need of shipping, printing, or other business services, I highly recommend this FedEx location!

I was running tight on time and called ahead to make sure that they can process packages until close(7pm). They confirmed saying they can until the doors are locked after 7pm. I roll up at 6:58pm with the doors locked and staff waving to leave through glass. If they would of told me they locked early I wouldn’t of wasted my time and expenses to drive out to drop off the package.

Eric was extremely rude and unprofessional, should not serve the public...you don't bring your frustrations on FedEx customers, if you're tired go home. By the way, the two ladies(black and white) i met there were professional and friendly.

Not for this location but do NOT trust their passport services. We thought we would use it to avoid the wait for the government service. $599 minimum fee. Insane. Use the government. Slightly less crooked.

I called this location first and emailed in a print job over an hour before I arrived. When I arrived, The employee I spoke with should not be allowed to communicate with customers. He was rude and dismissive to me. He told me my print job would be ready within the next 5 hours and wouldn't narrow that down for me. I was only at this location in passing on my travels between states. I tried to explain if that had been communicated to me when I called, I wouldn't have gone out of my way to come here. The manager, Pete, stepped in and was willing to assist me kindly and calmly. It's just so frustrating that he even had to.

As a previous review stated “in a world of poor customer service…” Pete was the absolute sweetest ever! Listening to him answer the phone and genuinely wanting to help and him helping me made my dreaded day of returning multiple huge items a breeze he was polite and accommodating and never once made me feel bad about the amount of work he had to do for me!! He greeted the next customer with a smile an apology for how long he took with me and asked how he could help them! You guys got a good one in him!! Also Eric didn’t help me but was just happy and singing as he worked!!

FedEx delivery is awful. They’ll mark a package as delivered but not actually delivery it. I lost multiple packages this year already. I’ve been checking my surveillance camera. Sometimes FedEx truck went by my house without even stopping. Sometimes they never show up on my street for a whole day. But the tracking information said they delivered the packages to me. Is there a magic portal in their truck?!
