Ask for Genesis she is the best sales lady ever! She helped me choose outfits based on my member credits and VIP savings. The selections were slim, being Christmas Eve, but she worked her magic so I left happy!

The hours posted are completely wrong. I showed up here when it says they were open on Google at 9am and the doors were locked. Update your hours. I only traveled up here for this store.

I’m never going back into that store. I work out every day and truly need cloths that fit the high intensity workouts. This is the 2nd time I’ve gone into the store with no one to help me. 1:25 pm take a look at the girl waving her hands while almost four associates stood by without attempting to help. I’m over it and will shop elsewhere!

This isn't a reflection of the store but more-so the company. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR VIP. In 2021 if you need to call customer support to cancel you membership that can only be viewed as predatory. They are begging people are too lazy or avoidant to cancel, then they take that opportunity to sell you on keeping their VIP membership.Clothes are decent, company is absolute trash for their cancelation policy. Can't support them.

The staff are always very nice and the store is incredibly clean and well organized. It is nice that they have also added items from the men's line to the store.The inventory selection is really really small, in both SKUs and sizes. Generally, I only visit the store to feel/see a new product in person or in a pinch where I do not have time to order online.The store feels like a luxury athleisure brand and does not feel representative of the more-athletic products featured online. They carry very few compression leggings and high-impact sports bras and I find myself already owning every piece in the store (that speaks to me) when I visit.

This was my first time in the store. A sales gal was available to help me (I wish I got her name). She was wonderful. I'm a big gal and she helped me with sizes and found exactly what I was looking for. She knew the products well and was wonderful. From there it went down hill. I got up to the check out area and another gal took over. I signed up for the whatever you call it plan so I got the 2 for $24 on the pants. She handed me a tiny little device with a key pad smaller than my phone. She asked for my email and a password. I'm 53...I have bad eyes and big fingers. Even with readers on, I could not use this tiny little key pad. She didnt have a stylus. She barely offered to help. It was really embarrassing and very frustrating. I'm typing this review on my phone and breezing right along. What ever device they use at checkout is a joke. Horrible. Not everyone has perfect eyesight and tiny fingers...like Kate Hudson! If you have meaty fingers and aging eyesight, walk on by.

The staff here is amazing, I normally would purchase stuff online and avoid the mall at all costs but I do love coming in here. If they are out on my size they will certainly try order it or recommend a similar style in an available size. Several times I have come in for just one outfit and leave with a couple of them instead thanks to their recommendations and a lot of times they end up being my favorite pieces. Highly recommend it.

I recently walked into the fabletics store on 12/17/19 to take advantage of the 2 for $24 leggings for new VIP members deal. I was glad there was a store at my local mall so I can try on the items that I was eyeing on the website. I walked in and everyone seemed to be busy at the counter. I wasn't in a hurry so I started to look around first as I waited for an associate who could help me. As I continued to loop around the store multiple times, I of course started to pick up a few things that I liked but I still needed help with sizes. After about 5 minutes I still wasn't acknowledged. At that point since everyone was still "busy" at the counter, I was just going to buy the items I had in my hand then just return it if they didn't fit. No big deal. But then I thought about. Why give this store my business when I received absolutely no customer service. Not even a hello when I walked in. So I kindly put what items I had back(I was tempted to leave them wherever but since I worked in retail for 10 years I didn't) and walked out of the store to finish my Christmas shopping elsewhere.

They keep improving over the years with costumer service. Their clothes also last though the years so I will be continuing to shop here.
