Giving it one star. I walked into the store a full 40 minutes before closing. By that time, they already had the screen doors closed.When I asked an employee to open the dressing room, they said they we’re closing… by this time, a full 25 minutes before both the store and the mall closes. Honestly, this is exactly why brick and mortar stores are closing. When we make the effort to come in person solely to try clothing in, they chose to not deliver. Complete disappointment.

My beautiful daughter has Home Coming up so we went to Winsor in the on Christiana mall. Service was horrible. My daughter found a dress and we asked them to hold it till we got from Macy's the said yes, however we got back they couldn't find the dress we had to search the entire store...we finally found it were the GM put it back out were someone could I thank the Lord that didn't happen then the cashier could not get her change out nor her receipt and the receipt never went to her email so they didn't set that up correctly either. So got the change after about 10min and the GM handwrote some receipt that made... associate need more training....but the clothes are definitely super cute very pricey though. If I had to rate it from 1 -10 10 being the best I would give the entire overall store which is including associates as well I would give a 4.5. clothes 9

Store is nice , clothes are nice , but the clothes do not fit me like they did 20 years ago. They do not have 00short. Everything runs to big for me . Still a higher priced quality store.

I haven't been in Express since I was in high school and I really hate shopping for clothes for myself. I understand that this is counterintuitive, but this is my hill and I'm going to die on it. That said, clothing from Express are very well made and they last a lot longer for me than most places.The wife and I were at the mall yesterday when something caught my eye on the tables and I wanted to check it out. They actually had three items of clothing there that I fell in love with and this perplexed the wife because she can't get me into a store like this of my own free will. Yes, the quality was just the same as I remembered it. Only ding I'm giving them for is the fact that I thought the shirts were buy one get one half off as the signs on that table had stated but no matter. Overall, everything was great.

Bodysuits are AMAZING! I can never find a good body suit til I went here. It is a little high price but good quality. You get your moneys worth!

we were in the mall the time of that shooting Saturday evening but the Mgr.on duty really stepped up her calmness during that event that took place The young Lady keep the patrons safe secured the store and waited for the word to let us out the rear exit She was professional and calm under those circumstances

Came in to the store today looking for a suit, completely lost in the woods. I had never really cared about fashion and I recently lost a bunch of weight so I had no idea where to start. I saw a dapper looking gentleman hanging out by the suit racks and asked for some help, and I sure got it. Patrick was the absolute man. Spent like 40 minutes helping me pick out a baller looking suit like he was a proud parent dressing their kid for graduation. He knows what looks good and managed to provide awesome service while the store was very busy. Props to him. Give that dude a raise.Also, my checkout specialist Bri (I’m sorry if I got your name wrong but you know who you are) was an awesome cap to a day that I thought would be stressful. Thank you so much for that.You guys made this experience painless and fun. If you ever come to Taco Grande (my job) on the riverfront I owe you both a drink.Cheers guys
