I park outside of my house everyday and place a parking pass in the windshield. Today I was rushing and my parking pass placed under my wind visor. I informed the so called manager that my parking pass was in the car and he was rude and informed me if it’s not visible there is nothing they could do. So now he wants me to pay 250.00 for my car claiming he can’t make any exceptions and it’s on me. I could understand if I didn’t park there every single night with a parking pass in my car then tow the car. But after calmly explaining he still was in willing to help. I will now be looking in to how to escalate this situation further. These people are scam artist!!!!!!!!!
Update: Heavyset guy who sits at the desk was very rude and antagonistic on phone and in person. He stated that he was the supervisor and owned the company and there was no one he could be reported to. I’ve seen several comments about him and nothing has been done but the company continues to respond to reviews talking about they want to make it better……yet he is still there. I will be reporting to the better business bureau and city council. And they don’t allow you to pay by card, the signs out here state 200.00 and 50.00 a day past the first day and I went to pick it up today which is the same day they towed it and they wanted me to pay cash and pay the extra 50.00. He had dirty fingers and wanted to touch my ID and I told him I would hold it and show it to him or he needs to wash his hands first and he refused. Nasty nasty nasty!!!!! Rude rude rude!!!!! And since they don’t need the customer base as far as the towing is concerned he is very rude to the customers. If EWING takes there business as serious as they say then they need to look into him.

I know you read and reply to all of these reviews manually so I just wanted to say: I really can't wait until HB 351 goes through and you lose your business of stealing people's cars and shaking them down and become destitute. People can read other reviews to find out the extent to which the owner of this business is a crook, I've just come here to express schadenfreude in the fact that the ignoble way the owner of this business supports himself is finally, finally, going to be illegal.

Our experience was my son's car was towed by the police, so not a happy experience. The heavy set guy at the front was snarky with my son on phone but ok to me when I called. After paying had to move car ourselves.

They towed my car for being in a reserved spot. I showed up at the place and was asked to pay a huge fee and had to ask 3 times to pay before they told me to come back tomorrow when they are closed. They were also disrespectful and rude. What a joke of a company.

People talk very rude and disrespectful. One of the guys tried to town my car even from my building complex unfortunately for him I needed to step out before he put his equipment on my car (when of course he did not) and I don't know why but he made me pay an unconsiderable amount of money bc he said he already did work on my car and he was not gonna move the truck out of my way. I tried to talk who said he was the manager on a nice way to understand if the guys was supposed to charge me but even with evidence he said we can walk out of the build that's not gonna do anything, he also tried to hide our receipt from us so in his facts we didn't have prove. So sorry for people that have to deal with this place.

Car was towed by this company and they charged 10 times higher than the price as indicated in the parking lot for storage fee, labor charge and administrative fee. Absolutely it is Predatory Towing. The man at the counter said he doesn’t care what’s wrote on the warning plate and charged according to their own standards. Don’t do business with this company!
