VERY friendly person when I got the car. Upsold the insurance to me and said I could cancel at anytime. LIES! Tried to cancel after I reached out to my insurance and found that my policy extends to the rental and they need an IN PERSON signature… in 2024. So I will need to leave work, lose more money than I already spent on the useless coverage they sold me, just to cancel a duplication of coverage. Get with the program, enterprise. Very disappointed. DO NOT BUY THEIR COVERAGE UNTIL AFTER YOU SPEAK TO YOUR INSURANCE!! Lesson learned and will not be using an enterprise again since they can’t seem to keep up with the times.

I just had the best customer service experience at this enterprise with Malcom. He came to meet me at the dealership with my rental and walked me through the whole procedure so quickly and friendly. My interaction with him made my whole day. Thank you Malcom for being such a bright light during what is usually a mundane type of appointment. Keep on shining!

Made a reservation and then Logan the Branch Manager called and said no cars. Why have a reservation system if it doesn’t work. This company needs help.

I would definitely 10/10 recommend this enterprise to anybody that needs it. They definitely helped me out with switching cars out whenever I had a problem. The manager Joe was very nice and friendly and helped out. I would also recommend going to Bryce , he was definitely a BIG HELP to me. He always checked up on me and to get updates on my car and to see how everything was going. I really appreciated his help.

I'll give two stars since the online confirmation is relatively easy and fast. Also the person who called to confirm was polite. That being said, I ended up cancelling my reservation and going with a different option based on Enterprise policy. Be aware that when they call you to confirm they will mention a $400 additional deposit that is due up front in addition to the cost of the rental. So over $900 to rent a Toyota Corolla or similar for a week? That's going to be a hard pass. This deposit is mentioned nowhere in the reservation and will be billed up front if you pay with a debit card. They say it will be refunded after you return the car, but in my opinion that is an exorbitant fee that does not take into account the times we are in and people's varying circumstances.

Rented the car in newark,de on a saturday, waiting for my vehicle to get fixed. Was able to turn it in a day early at a different enterprise just down the street from my mechanic with I problems

After paying tolls with my EZ Pass their 3rd party toll company charged me quadruple for each toll I paid. I'll never rent from them again. Car smelled like a dead frog.

They improve on their tactics. They tried to say that there was a glitch in their system. I say it purposeful to add the gas not at the price they said it would be. Plus I let it be known that I would fill the tank where they handed it to me on the gas gauge. The young lady tried to hustle me. I called the manager the same day I received my invoice with the so-called glitch.

went to this location after spending a ridiculous time at the Enterprise location on Kirkwood highway. The location on Kirkwood highway was absolutely disgusting inside only had one person servicing a very long line of clients and ended up not being able to provide me a car in the end.But that was a blessing in disguise because then I went to this location and how much different experience.Not only was the location very clean, I was greeted very quickly and kindly by a service representative.Needless to say, it was only about 15 minutes and I was on my way in a rental car.I am not giving five stars because the car was pretty dirty that I received.Otherwise, 5 stars for service.

A good place rent a car in US. They have drop service and pick the vehicle from airport as well. The cars are in excellent conditions. You can enjoy them. Prices are OK. The staff did a good job in explaining and handing over
