Didn't even get a chance to go into the store. Needed gift wrap and a card for my step daughters birthday. Came up to the doors and they were locked. They are supposed to close at 10.....it was 9:40. Only needed about 5 min. Guess this is what I should expect from people these days but completely uncalled for. I will never return to this store or even think about shopping here. This was my first time here by the way. 0 stars but had to leave at least 1. I guess it's off to Ross we go!

Walked in around 9:30 pm and was told I only have 5 minutes to bring what I needed to the register. Then the lady locked all the customers in the store to prevent anyone else from walking in. I mentioned that was an extreme fire hazard and most likely goes against policy and the staff were rude basically said they didn’t care

This store says open until 10pm but they already closed by 9:30pm and 9:45pm they have mad attitude when I called them one of the lady or girl answered and that’s our 2nd they doing that when she came out of office saw me in car she ran back inside the office and stayed there for few minutes but I was still front of the store kindly pay attention to your employees they are ruining your business I also have business in this plaza but this is not how it worlds kindly teach them some manners

Usually one of the better Dollar Tree locations in the area, but the random store closing early is extremely annoying. Good luck with the store adhering to their posted hours. I couldn't explain how many times I've wasted my time driving here, just for them to consistently close early.

Cause the store manager has a nasty attitude problem on the employees and the customers and I suggest that the store manager should get fired from the store and dollar tree for good

Store was unorganized, every aisle looked like a tornado went through. Only one cashier and when another women came up to check people out she had an attitude with the customers insisting she could “only take 3 people.” Even sent an old woman away from the register. She also threw my items into a container I purchased without care. When she noticed everyone was uncomfortable we got a “sorry but I got more important things to do”

So close to 5PM Sunday June 9th we stopped by. All lights on doors locked! No sign up saying closed and no answer. No one at any other location knew anything. A lot of people came and went and we waited a bit to see if anyone was there. Nothing. I’d give 5 stars because people here are awesome! But this was also concerning because we didn’t know if everyone was ok!

The experience I had on Sunday May 12,2024 was outrageous and the “manager” as i overheard his arrogant behind tell the customer behind me needs to be fired . 23 year old Dalton a skinny male with a extremely nasty attitude shouldn’t be dealing with customers. On Sunday I went in for a quick run to get Mother’s Day cards when I walked in there was only one cashier and a long line but I figured whatever she’s doing the best she can I’ll wait because I needed that cards and didn’t feel like going elsewhere well after the experience here I wish I had. I normally never have any issues here at this location until this day and I think I won’t be returning due to this. So I was nexted in line after a customer who needed to get balloons blown up. Which I was next in line oh well I will wait as stated the female cashier was doing the best she could. Well the manager by the name of Dalton all the sudden decides to come up . And doesn’t even alert any customers of him doing so i only figured this out after the customer behind me stated about him doing so and yells “you don’t see this line over here of people already waiting”, Dalton goes “huh” , which I’m sure he heard her as everyone else did i turned to her and said I know he heard you and that’s not right how he was being dismissive. He then goes “ I mean she’s blowing up balloons what you want me to do “ “ I’m the manager so if anyone got a problem with it (as he shrugs his shoulders) so what”. I turn to the lady behind me and go wow this is ridiculous she goes and says to him this is why I hate coming in here you all aren’t organized and your rude he says to her “huh”and states “I’m not being rude “ his skinny behind was looking at me I’m assuming he thought this all was coming from me but it wasn’t and even still she was very right in her statements and his young boy miserable attitude was beyond me he was just going back and forth with her ! She ended up leaving and not making any purchase .I then was rang out and asked the associate his name because how he just treated the woman behind me wasn’t right . There were customers behind me looking as if they felt the same but just didn’t say anything. This just didn’t sit well with me so after leaving I called the store and asked to speak to the manager Dalton and told him I think his behavior was very unprofessional he gets defensive immediately and tells me he wasn’t being unprofessional at all and that I was talking to the lady behind me uh yeah duh but what does that have to do with him acting like a miserable prick ? Needless to say the conversation got very heated because his attitude is just horrible and resulted in me yelling at him after he yells at me over the phone and then he states he’s not doing this because I’m yelling uh yeah little boy why am I not going to yell back after your yelling at me he goes your a grown woman I’m 23 yeah I can see he’s 23 but his lack of professionalism I’ve been a manager before and his behavior is absolutely not how you handle customers I called the store 3 times after him hanging up in my face and by the 3rd time I cussed him out for sure . The last call the fourth I spoke to the lady that rang me out and she stated they have no one over him because the manager works for like 3 days and then quits which is unfortunate but I complimented her on her moving the best she could with the line that he left her with as I was entering and told her have a great day and Mother’s Day if she was a mother. I also over hear little dalton say to a customer that store wasn’t his home store that he was further down state that he could just leave and go there . After he said that it made sense to me because my mother and little sister told me about a horrible experience they had at another location I described him to them and they said yup it was him that he has a horrible nasty attitude. It’s sad when I’ve spoken to others and they have had the same experience he is very rude do better dollar tree
