DO NOT go to this location if you need assistance trying on shoes and getting the pair that you need.
I wish I had checked the reviews before going to this location. The previous review about the staffs at the shoes area is 100% accurate.
My husband and his friend were looking to buy shoes and we left empty handed due to the staffs so lazy and seemed to avoid us at all cost.
They got paid to work but they didn’t want to help customers. I brought one particular shoe and asked if they could check what other colors they have in stock and if they have the particular size we wanted, and the staff just told me to check the options already on display.
I went to DSG in Wilmington and the staff there was able to scan the barcode and told us the colors and sizes available. There’s no reason the staff here couldn’t accommodate that, either they weren’t trained properly or they’re just lazy.

Staff is the shoe area is un helpful, they stand around talking to each other instead of helping out customers. When you finally get their attention and ask for help getting a shoe size they act bothered by it and are slow to help. It would be a quicker and much more pleasant experience if all the sizes were left out on the floor and we could just help ourselves.

Clean store. I went for 10lb hand weights. They were $25.00 each. I guess I will wait for a sale.

Bought a hat yesterday only to find out the security was still on. Was worried it would alarm as I walked in today to return it, but it did not. Picked out another to exchange and make sure security tag was removed. Bruce the cashier seemed to have difficulty processing my request at first and then sarcastically said no. It’s not really funny when you have to drive out of your way because someone yesterday didn’t do their job. Bruce shouldn’t quit his day job because the comedy isn’t working out. He should get less face time with customers. Also, should check security tags/entrance alarms.

The shoe sales associate was passive aggressive when asked for a specific shoe size in womens instead of simply going to get the shoe or tell us that they didn't have it in my size.
