Bought a vapetasia disposable on 11/17/23 and 3 hours later even after charging wouldn't work. Nobody working explained they aren't reliable. I called this morning and an employee explained they are unreliable and that's why they have customers test them before they leave and no employee had me test mine just took my money and sent me on my way. The employee I spoke to said I can come in and spend more money after I wasted $20 on a different device. This store used to be good and I've spent tons of money on there in 10 years and will never go back. If I could do 0 stars I would

Needed to get a new mod as my old mod was having issues plus looked like it has seen better days. Guys that were working were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. You are always greeted as you walk in. They take their time making sure you are comfortable with your purchase. Not the cheapest but with the personal touch they provide I would rather spend my money here.

Went in thinking that my batteries for my Focus V Carta were shot. Not only did their associates named John and Matt hook me up with two new batteries, but they were far cheaper than the manufacturers set and they charged up my manufacturers set until they worked again. They knew exactly what I wanted and exactly how to fix the issue, with no needless sales pitch and no time wasted.
