Have needed to transfer my scripts to a CVS closer to where I moved for like 2 months, all I get is the run around. I asked in person at this location about getting them transferred as trying to call just got me "we're busy, we can call you back" message over and over. Was told I HAD to call, so I tried again. Associate who called me back said I could just go to the nearest CVS and ask them to fill my scripts??? So why did I have to call?Furthermore, there's a guy who works in the pharmacy currently who is so creepy. Just eerily emotionless, dead eyes and expression, like Jeffrey Dahmer's mugshot. People need to be able to expect compassion from pharmacists and feel like they can trust them. Someone who looks and acts like a serial killer should not be in this line of work. I would give 0 stars if I could

I wanted to transfer an antibiotic prescription from Kentucky to Newark, Delaware. They did that in a minute or two. Then filled within 10 minutes. Very efficient and friendly.

I am a teacher of the visually impaired and I took a student on a shopping lesson here. One of the employees, Erica, was very considerate and effective in giving the student verbal directions to the products she wanted to buy. Erica used detailed instructions such as "Straight ahead and turn a little to the right" rather than vague statements such as "Over there" or "Right here"

Low or no stock on many items throughout the store, pharmacy hours have been cut back drastically, not the convenience it once was.

I'm an extreme couponer and today I went to the store after crafting so that I could do my couponing before I forgot they watched me like a hawk in that store no one asked me if I needed any help and then when I went to go check out which I was doing two separate transactions so I didn't want to do with the cashier because usually when I'm coupon and cashier's always get my stuff wrong or try to take off coupons they watch me the entire time I was ringing myself up and then made it a point to tell me goodbye but told no one else goodbye got to love racial profiling

What pharmacy, especially one as big as CVS, needs to close their doors from 1:30-2:00 for lunch????? Who does that? I hate the fact that this store does this bc inevitably that will be the only time I have to go pick up my prescriptions. It is sooooo inconvenient, frustrating and unnecessary. Clearly the management hasn't heard of staggered breaks. This pharmacy usually has at least 4 people on staff all the time. Even if they can't process new prescriptions for that 1/2 hour while the pharmacist eats lunch, at least someone could stay at the counter to allow people to pick up their prescriptions. Why do they all have to eat at the same time???? Glad there are other pharmacies in town. Enjoy your lunch CVS. I'm going to Walgreens!

Absolutely horrible. 45 mins on hold, no one ever answers the phone. They say 30 mins and a day later it's still not ready. Worst pharmacy around. They make Covid excuses, meanwhile they are sitting around yapping. Drive through frequently closed. Lazy pharmacists won't check out other items so they send sick people back to the front to spread more germs.

Pharmacy staffs are usually great- the front end cashiers however really needs some additional training, they just don’t want to work or help at all - Unprofessional and rude. use self kiosks - they’re much more friendlier.

Usually I have a good experience shopping here, but today, I didn't. I didn't realize it was the pharmacy employees' lunch shift, so I walked back to the pharmacy counter. The employees behind the counter started talking about me and laughing, saying things to each other like "Don't make eye contact" to ignore me. So rude. Learn how to treat your customers. And in case you don't realize, we can hear you through the bars.....

Customer service front store- I called to check on very high priced items I just bought for travel. The girl/lady who answered the phone did not want to help at all. She told me to come into the store or read her the sku. She wanted to know which aisle it came from. She said she can’t see the sku over the phone. Duh! She was extremely rude and argumentative.

Super slow drive-thru pharmacy. Averaging 10-15 minutes per customer. I waited an hour. Just do not know what they are doing

I needed a prescription they told me was ready over the phone, (news flash it wasn’t ready) because I was having my sister pick it up, mouthwash was unnecessary expensive when cheaper other places, then told me it would be cheaper to transfer it while my sister is there already picking it up and I said great! Then told me it would take 24-48 hours to transfer as I send her somewhere else to grab it not mentioning that to me earlier. Then we decide to just pay for it and it still wasn’t ready to be filled so that’s 50 minutes. Then they gave her somebody else’s medication and as she’s walking out she notices and has to give it back. She’s been walking in and out of the building 3 times in 50 minutes asking for my medication so I don’t know how they gave her the wrong medication. The old people who use to work here use to be competent but not anymore.
