Good store and I love the self checkout. Only issue now is that when I need help there’s no one around to help me so I just give up and walk out, lol. I just needed a UPS drop off. Pharmacist was nice at least.

I've been so impressed with staff at pharmacy. They take time to resolve issues with doctors and insurance. Very friendly and customer-oriented. My son is on a lot of meds and they've been great about following up with insurance when prior auths are pending and other challenges.

A shout out to pharmacist Kristin at the Corner Ketch CVS store in Newark, DE for the excellent customer service I received on Monday!!! She left her post to come and explain EVERY over the counter allergy medicine in order of strength, and helped me choose a plan of action - symptom relief vs drowsiness!!! Kudos, Kristin and thank you!! A true caring customer service experience like “the old days” !!!

Moved ALL of my prescriptions over here after being a Happy Harry's (ugh ... I miss them) / Walgreens customer for close to 30 years. After literally having the Walgreens pharmacy pull down their security doors on us and walking out past us because it was "closing time," we decided to change.I am so impressed with the staff at CVS and the number of people they have working. I know that they close for lunch from 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. every day, but that is really a non-issue.My daughter came in with me to pick up my scripts one day because she had a question about her medication and they were able to tell her immediately, professionally, and with a smile, the status of the medication she was asking about.CVS has been a breath of fresh air after the way we were treated at Walgreens.

My extra care bucks did not print asked the kid working for help and he said oh well that’s how it works when I explained it to him I had to call to get help three times due to error and no help at this store did not even try to help!
