I’ve been w/ Smart Stop Storage for a year. Initially, I chose this company because the facility was bright, clean, well maintained and they had the best prices. Both women, especially Christie, have been so kind, knowledgeable & helpful. She helped me find a suitable unit & transfer when I could to save money! Great management!

Staff was very friendly. Unit was very clean and a great size. Having the unit inside was very convenient. Great experience overall.

I have been with this company for almost a year now and they have been lovely! Would I suggest? ABSOLUTELY! The rates are feasible and the building is squeaky clean. I’m leaving just leaving from there because I had to upgrade my unit, Keturah made the process quick and easy for me. Plus the professionalism is outstanding. Thank you guys so much for everything!!!!

I needed a storage unit in short order - I called and was set up in no time. I went into the office and Chris made it so easy to complete the process. I was personally taken to my unit and steps and policies reviewed. This was such a seemless process, would definitely recommend this facility for location and wonderful staff!

This place is proving to be a joke. When I moved the roll-up door on my unit was broken after its 2nd use. There solution was to ask me to empty my full 10X15 unit into another. As you can imagine, I did no such thing. Until months later when I noticed the unit right next to mine was empty. (What have been nice if they called to let me know) I asked if I can move to that unit and they agreed. After moving all of my stuff, I got to pull the door down and guess what, jammed!At this point I requested to speak to a manager, which I was told would contact me in 24-48hrs. It’s been 2 weeks. No response from a manager. Now here’s the kicker, the emailed me today saying my August bill was unpaid and I was in Jeopardy of a $125 Leon fee. I immediately replied, with proof of payment.Then reminded them I’ve been waiting for a manager to contact me. Of course the sender nor the 2 people cc’d from their company replied.
