Exceeded my expectations. They have a pretty nice selection and most of it was a huge savings over anything I'm used to buying. Jameson was a big savings, although I'm told Kirkland whiskey is great and even cheaper. All the Kirkland wine and Prosecco we bought was great and ridiculously cheap. Even picked up a German beer advent calendar I'm excited for. Some of the beer is at cost, most of the local stuff, but the cases of Sam Adams was a pretty big savings. Beer selection isn't huge though. But can't go wrong here.

If Costco doesn't have it, I don't need it! I have no problem buying Kirkland liquors. I'm not as refined as them fancy folk. But I can't carry my purchase through the main store? That's a stupid rule. Shout out to numb-nuts on that call.

Omg, an alcoholic's wet dream. And NO tax on liquor! Kirkland brands of alcohol are great. Unfortunately we can't buy liquor in PA at Costco so stopping here in Delaware was a must. Their Pinot Grigio is under $5 a bottle! They also have Kirkland Prosecco for 6.99. I stocked up on both plus champagne, Sauvignon Blanc & gin. And a 4 pack of hazy ipa brewed in Lewis, DE. All of that liquor for $101 & zero and tax. That's a massive savings over PA prices. No wonder people drive there from Philly. It's located in a separate room off the main entrance of Costco which is in a big mall area in Chrisitiana. It's 20 min from downtown Wilmington. Large parking lot gets crowded. Definitely worth my side trip before going home.

the service in there is terrible and the help is rude and nasty...they make there own rules as they go along especially the little nasty young girl with dark hair. they do have some good prices but I'd rather spend more then deal with the incompetence if the workers... shame on you Costco I left over $200 worth of liquor as your little girl employee laughed and smirked at me rather then make a sale!

"Tax-free" Philadelphia liquor with an 80 minute time tax. Worth it? It depends. Limited, unpredictable selection which ranges from lame mass-production beer to too-weird-to-try-it Japanese whiskey. Who knows what you'll find, but if you're buying cartfulls of liquor it's undoubtedly worth the trip.

Let's be real. This place has no service. It's meant to get people in and out as quickly as possible. Sometimes it is hard because the lanes are narrow and there are just soooo many people idling around. But, you have to admit, they are doing what they can. It's a battlefield of people who want large quantities of alcohol and for the best price possible. What makes this place worth it is the fact that it is tax free. Taxes tend to up the total price of any alcohol you buy and it is not the case here. You have to know your prices to get the best deals though. Sometimes you can spend more than from your home state. Sometimes it is just an amazing deal that you get 2-3 bottles instead of the 1 bottle you planned to get. I'm all, be prepared to go in with your heart racing and exiting with less money in your bank account. Drink responsibly!

You don't need a membership to shop at the liquor section of Costco. Good variety of wines at good prices. Kirkland brand is also good quality.

Because of Delaware liquor law, Costco has to house its wine and liquors outside the main warehouse with a separate entrance. There's a very good selection of wines and liquors here. Like with other Costcos, almost all liquor is sold only in 1.75 litre bottles.

I love the Costco Liquor Store-- you can purchase large bottles of good liquor much cheaper than anywhere else (also, no tax), as well as a selection of beer. I'm a Costco member, but I don't know if you need a membership to shop at the liquor store. It is attached to Costco, but has a separate entrance. The staff is always very friendly and the store has a good selection. The Kirkland brand liquor is an even better alternative to the name brand!

I'm appalled by all of the dead birds caught in the netting upon entry of store. Nobody seems to care enough to remove them, let alone have the awareness of our public safety and how these unresolved dead birds can spread disease. I'm not certain of how many customers and employees walk in and out of the front entry and exit doors, carrying food with them, while walking underneath these dead birds but I'm appalled.

This is a separate store within the Costco arena which requires a membership to shop really nice, affordable to high end booze. The prices are hands down a win. A real score was the dogfish head utopias stout for a 25% lower price. Basil Hayden's, a galore of whiskeys and bourbons, holiday collections for booze and REALLY good wine. Love a great costco liquors store and helps that there is ZERO tax in Delaware!
