I decided to take it to this place to have the hardware checked, and the technician was exceptionally thorough in discovering the issue and providing a timely solution. Communication was amazing, the price was reasonable, and the service was great. He even kindly assisted my wife in carrying the computer to the car as she has a bad back. What an outstanding service and a great guy! He truly deserved more than 5 stars!”

Okay so this is the second laptop I ever purchased from Eluktronics the first one being the Max 17 back in 2020 which I gave to my brother for his birthday. He still has it till this day and loves it so much. Now after making my purchase for this specific model RP-15 with the specs it has (Ryzen 7-7840hs paired with the Nvidia RTX 4070 with 64gb DDR5 RAM) is by far the best laptop let alone computer I've ever had hands down, the startup setting up Windows was quick and a breeze with zero issues. This thing is blazing FAST! I also ran some test rendering 4k videos through DaVinci resolve, Filmora, and also OBS Livestream test, and this thing didn't break a sweat one bit. I love this thing and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Thanks again Eluktronics for an amazing laptop y'all are the best in my honest opinion.”
