I’ve got to lay down for blood to be taken or I’ll pass out the lady who took me back the first time I told her I had to lie down than she told me to go sit back down in the waiting area. So I got called back again same I told her I needed to lie down and she goes “oh.” So she asked me what arm I said my left she told me I had no veins than she asked if she could put it in my hand I told her no. So she tried my right arm I asked her if she had found a vein she said she found one but wasn’t sure if she could get any out. By this point I felt like I was going to pass out. And the other lady said that they were there for eight hours trying to get everyone done. No one bothered to ask me if I was feeling okay. I won’t ever go there again. Their problem was that they didn’t want to bend over in taking my blood. The place they had was like my recliner chair but it was in the same place as they were taking blood I can’t even look at blood or I’ll pass out

I had to bring my 4 day old daughter in here back in November to get an additional test done. When we arrived, it turns out Christiana Peds never sent a script in for the test. Being 4 days postpartum with a newborn, I was super overwhelmed and everyone at Lab Services was BEYOND nice and helpful. Special thank you to Char for helping resolve my situation with Christiana Peds and getting that script sent over so my daughter could have her test done ASAP and we could go home. I’m so grateful for how kind and helpful Char was. Would absolutely recommend this Lab because of the staff!!

Close to closing time. Employees were not very happy. Although they were trying their best to be professional, it was apparent they were peeved. Intake person was nice. The ones in the back were a little more ignorant as usual. For some reason, Christiana Care has a group of very ignorant people who are extremely prejudice. The man who took my blood at the location in Greenville actually told me off and suggested that I mind my business and not tell him how to do his job when I showed the best place for blood since I'm a hard stick and didn't want to be stuck in several places.He told me to tell the doctor how to do the procedure on me while I was at it. He would not accept my apology.An African American women came in moments later and you thought they were having a party. Quite a difference in attitude.I feel bad for our medical workers and I think if the information posted online was easier to obtain..such as business hours would benefit everyone. As for the man who got all uppity with me, he needs to go someplace where's there are no people.. perhaps the morgue.And please tell your employees to stop playing on their phones while we are waiting to be seen.

As always, the Christiana Care Lab Services on Hygeia Drive was on time (often early), courteous and kind, and best of all everyone there is skillful! I am a 10 year cancer patient, needing testing often, so believe me when I say I am completely happy with my experiences there.

I will NEVER come back here. Their machine to check in was down so they were relying on people to tell them who’s next. Two people butted in front of me and the really heavy set phlebotomist wearing a bonnet sitting in desk 2 said that she wanted to THROAT PUNCH us all to one of her coworkers. This is someone who works here saying that. She was rude did not care at all to even keep her voice down when she said it.

I’ve had to go in 3 separate times in the last 2 weeks and every single time it has been an amazing experience. I had been trying to get multiple blood samples taken for the last 8 months at various different places and all of them failed. I really wanted to just give up but something told me to just give it one last try here. Which I’m really glad I did. Gloria is amazing at her job, truly talented, and picks up where so many others lack, she was very gentle too. One of the other techs was very thorough and really helpful in calling around for me to get the information for one of my orders and making sure everything was set and went smoothly. Anyway I’ve never before had such a great experience in healthcare that compelled me to leave a review, I just had to make sure that Gloria and this entire clinic gets the recognition they deserve for making sure the experience is always positive, and doing an amazing and important job.
