This place is terrible, they didn't have enough money to cash a $1000 check and took 20min to give my friend half and half on a card on a empty weekday afternoon, how can you can you call yourself a checking cashing place if you can't even cover $1000.

Last night me and my boyfriend went to check and go we got there at 5:30 the people that works there are very very rude they need to work on their customer service I would not recommend anybody to go to them

If there was an negative ,this store would definitely get one !!! This store manager has poor customer service skills...You call the so customer service number they don't have an clue what they are doing, they don't have an customer service representative, they give you this song and dance "you can leave your name and number and SOMEBODY will contact you within 72 hours" hahaha what a joke...I have these other check ang stores aren't as bad as this one in newark chestnut hill plaza ....my advice take your business else elsewhere !!!!!! STAY AWAY

I have had very good experiences here. Kristen is very down to earth and friendly.Only reason I'm not giving a 5 is because when I called them before going there to make sure I had everything in order, I wasnt told to bring certain documents with me that would be needed to refinance. So be sure to ask over the phone just what to bring prior to coming!!But again, overall experience very good!

Arrived here around 230 clock on the door says return at 240. Go to the door at 240 was told 245. It is now 315 and the door is still locked and the woman still inside. In the car waiting in the heat. No signes of her opening the door any time soon. I am not the only one waiting. Not sure what kind of business does something like this.

Delaware Law via Executive Order states Drivers License expiration dates are extended. This information is currently displayed on the State Linked DMV Page as their cover photo. My Driver's License (expired Thursday) is not being accepted nor is my renewal paper stating I am waiting for my new card.Under Executive Order, State Law states my Driver's License is still valid even though it says on it it is expired, plus I have proof of renewal being done online and DMV told me they should be accepting what I have.

Kristen is amazing! Very knowledgeable, easy going, & hilarious. Not only did she answer every question that I had to put my mind at ease about my loan, she made me feel welcomed. She didn’t treat me as just another “customer”. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Was hesitant to come to this place but as soon I walked in I was greeted right away. All my questions were answered and put my mind ease. Kristen was the representative that helped me. She was fantastic and I will certainly tell everyone about my experience
